Location was really bad 
and the rubbish around the bungalows are disgustin and 
the smell is really bad.
They got also the laundry where they lost us 1 t-shirt and couple of underware...unbelievble!!
Walked in to the room where 
there was a dead rat on the floor
and 3 huge alive cockroach in the bathroom and full of rat droppings also under the bed.
We had 2 nights booked but 
during our first night someone broke in to our room for steal my bag and my boyfriend phone. Obviously we explained the situation whit someone called pal (is got a small,small brain) we wanted the other night refund back at least,not the phone,not the wallet but
just $30 back!!!!!
We left with no refund and with a really bad experience.
People like them shouldn't run 
any buisness.
Please go somewhere else;i suggest any expat buisness in the village.
With even less money you can get much better and a nice stay in Otres.

Disgustin' and dangerous

What if it wasn't that we were betrayed by another booking site (Booking.com) to not mention them... To listen to them, it was the dream place... It was the opposite of work everywhere, from the Chinese hotel-casino construction, debris everywhere, a dirty road... in short, not going there... in any way

It's mean, it's disastrous, it's illegal on TripAdvisor

Clean place, friendly and helpful staff, many good local restaurants nearby, close to the best beach in Sihanoukville!  Though it's situated in Otres village, about 10-15 minutes from the city center, the road is bad because of construction works, a lot of new buildings coming soon all over the city... Just stay in the village and chill on this beach!

Probably the best place for the next year

We stayed at Otres Village for seven days, two of which were spent at the Moonflower Bungalows. It was spacious, with good wifi and a big tv screen. The garden outside was nice (though there were some renovations going on at the time). The bed can be better and the other furnishings can use an upgrade but overall the place was okay. One more thing: it's true, the night caretaker can indeed be grumpy.

An okay stay, good wifi

Good price, i pay 17$/night aircon bungalow. Also have fridge, hot shover and tv, no breakfast.
Street outside have couple bars and some restaurants, nothing special.
Very nice Otres beach is 500m away and there isn't any restaurant, only seafood and drinks available.

Bungalows in Otres Village, 500m to the beach.

We lived in the second floor in room 3, a week and more. There's a refrigerator, a teacup, toiletries. It's a very quiet and cozy place with a garden. The staff is responsive, and they have a tuk-tuk to the center twice as cheap as the street ones, only 5.

It's a very good hotel.

The bathroom is slippery and very dangerous. I slipped & barely touched the sink that fell with me and broke into a thousand pieces. Without worrying about how I was going, the owner immediately asked to repay us by threatening to call the police if we didn't. We had no freedom to negotiate a minimum. When we agreed to pay, he refused to provide a quote (or even show the prices on the internet) and we had to pay a price that came out of nowhere! Regular electricity cuts & mosquito devour by night and day (no mosquito or anti-mosquito provision). Extremely expensive to put the express prices on the islands between 3 and 35 min.

It's not even a bad place, it's a little badly maintained, the room is pretty nice and the cleaning is done every day, but even these are starting to show a certain neglect.

-Near Otres beach,  5-10 mins by walk to beach. 
-The most good and important thing for us is that there is a table and two chairs on the balcony.  We can work on balcony comfortably because I am freelancer and my man also has internet jobs.

We lived in Moonflower Bungalows for 2 months

-Hotel is near the otres beach,  5-10 mins by walk.  I can go  to swim very day in the sunset time.
 
-Have hot water for shower, because for this price near around only can find the hotel with hot water.

-Compared the hotels near around, moonflower  not too much mosquito, because we l just came to Sihanouk, I live in another hotel there is like the city of mosquitos.

-There is Comfortable workplace, I mean there are a table and two chairs on balcony, which is really helpful for me, because I have internet job. I need work almost all week day.
