Room (Dream Catcher ) excellent. Continental breakfast very good including being able to add a hard cooked egg for protein. Parking in driveway good for two and we had to park on street in front of house on our second night. No issues.

Very good B&B

We had a lovely time at the Bondy House. The convenient location was awesome with easy walking distance to Fort Malden, Navy Park, and restaurants.

Our room was lovely and breakfast each morning was delicious.

Carolynn was knowledgable and always interested in hearing about our adventures of the day.

We'd definitely recommend staying there.

War of 1812 enthusiast

We visited this wonderful Bed and Breakfast at the perfect time of year, just at the start of summer.  Merv and Carolyn we wonderful hosts and made our mini vacation-getaway perfect.  We brought our puppy Jack with us and they more than helpful and kind.  What a lovely town to walk around in and discover the rich history of the area.  If you are a history buff and interested in the war of 1812 visit Amhurstburg.  It was our first time visiting Amhurstburg and we hope not our last.

An excellent B&B

Had the pleasure to stay here last night while my mom was working on the great canadian trail. The service was impeccable, had a great sleep, and the breakfast in the morning was the best I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend! 

Lovely Experience!

I had my honeymoon there with my wife was a very nice place and very nice people with some good food loved it there. ❤️ I will definitely be going back there . Probably for my birthday.The breakfast was very good and the table setting was gorgeous. Such a beautiful historic building!

In Windsor for business, thought this might be a nice alternative to a hotel.  Merv and Carolyn welcomed me as if I was family.  Beautiful vintage home restored with love.  Room and bed was very comfortable. Nice shower, very good breakfast.   Nice area to walk around.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights... what a wonderful relaxing bb to stay at. It is heavenly. Carolyn and Merv are the most interesting couple you’d ever have the pleasure to chat with. We WILL return ❤️

I have traveled many of lands the world round and stayed in countless B&B’s. Let me tell you right now that you would be hard pressed to found a better couple in Merv and Carolyn. Just top notch service from minute one! There’s being made feel at home and then there’s actually feeling as though you’re home and that’s exactly what I felt.
Absolutely spotless, everything you could possibly need, stellar breakfast in the morning and it’s located steps away from everything your heart could desire in the historic Fort Malden area of Amherstburg. Do yourself a favour and stop in this charming B&B, you will be blown away!

WHAT A GEM 💎

We saw the sign and rang the door bell. From that greeting on... we were treated very well by our hosts. They were helpful but not overbearing,made suggestions and even helped look up an old friend. Food and accommodation are excellent, and location was perfect. We will return.

Visiting Amherstburg for the first time.

The Bondy house is a wonderful home with tons of old charm and wonderful Hosts. The room was just perfect for us. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was Delicious and loved meeting everyone. We will definitely be coming back.
