Awesome place to stay. Beds and rooms are super cozy, and comfortable, rooms are nicely renovated and clean with awesome wifi in each room and staff is extremely helpful and understanding and always willing to help 5/5 definitely would recommend

Awesome place !

Stayed here for a night and was really impressed by how clean the hotel was. Good value for money and close to everything. Front desk staff was extremely friendly. Some rooms are renovated so ask for one when you check in.

Clean Place

We often go for dinner at this restaurant, and without fail, always pleased.
I recently organized a dinner for a group of 40 guests where it was open menu, althought there were specials.
Autumn our server, was ecellent, served our various orders without any issues. 
We will certainly go back again. I will also add that this was a Friday dinner the busiest time for them and yet, all went just great.

Great food and service

We spent one night here as a group of 12 seniors on a golf outing.  When you first drive in to the property, you a little apprehensive.  BUT, what a pleasant surprise!!
The rooms are very, very nice.  We had a kitchenette room and it had just been renovated.  We had a full size stove, and fridge and enough dishes and cutlery for our needs.  The bed was extremely comfortable, with nice bedding and good pillows.  We were able to set up our patio tables and chairs on the lawn outside our patio doors to accomodate all of us for a sit-down breakfast.  The owner lives on site and is very helpful and super pleasant.  It was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend this property.

Pleasantly surprised!!

A little run down but very clean.    Not noisy.  Beds and linens were great.  Would stay there again.   Rates were affordable.  The only downside was the cigarette smoke in the halls.  Right across from the Village Cheese shop

If you plan to risk your health and stay at the Armstrong Inn, then be be prepared to clean your way in to the suite.

At a glance, the rooms appear clean, but in short order one can see dust on picture frames, leftover food in cabinets with kitchenettes, very dirty ovens, microwaves, and hard to reach areas.

Clean sheets are not offered a regular intervals for long time tenants. There is a lack of cutlery in kitchenettes, and cookware is horrible. 

If you have a view of the courtyard on North side, one will see a messy, cluttered space , not for guests, but for the family that runs hotel.

Think thrice before staying at this hotel.

Dirtiest rooms I've ever seen in any rental.

I stayed at the Armstrong inn for 33 days in August to Sept 15,2017.l moved from Vancouver island to help my sister care for our parents who are in a nursing home in Armstrong. I am a senior living on a small pension and l wasn't prepared for the high cost of rent.But l paid a total of $2040 plus a $200 deposit.when l left l forgot my deposit so I returned to the hotel to pick up my deposit. However l was told that they cleaned the room for 8 days after I left.They cleaned a room that had no luggage and the room key is left in the room.I couldn't believe that after all the money l paid them they go to this extreme to make another $200.00,and when I became upset they told me they were going to call the Police. This is beyond understanding.
