Nice rooms center of everything ,great restaurants and shopping ,fun city on st Lawrence river ,49 km to chateau manoir Richelieu,walk to every thing great views and clean air .not to many people ,actual food was better than menus on line 

Great hotel ,close to every thing 

Great location, well appointed rooms and helpful staff.  Didn't get to eat at the restaurant but did go to Cafe des Artistes next door which is excellent.  Excellent breakfast included in the room rate. Would definitely stay again on a future trip to Baie St. Paul/Le Massif.

Ski Trip to Le Massif & Baie St. Paul

The staff was as warm as the inviting fireplace! Merci beaucoup!  And the specialty coffees in the morning 
were made and delivered with care: merci encore une fois.  The room was ever-so comfortable. 

Maison Otis is for me, for me, formidable.

The hotel is truly unique with artistically-designed rooms that are comfortable and spacious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the food at both restaurants was very good. We also loved the piano player in the lounge - a lovely touch! This was a perfect place for a winter getaway.

Lovely winter getaway

It was an ideal accommodation for enjoying the beautiful area in and around Baie St. Paul, Quebec. Our family of 3 spent three nights here- the room was quiet, the queen beds were comfortable, and the breakfasts were a wonderful way to begin our day. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. We needed their help with translating a website because we can’t read (or speak) French, and we wanted to make reservations at the Hautes Gorges de la Rivière Malbaie. The receptionist helped us out so we could plan our outing in advance. It’s worth driving there to hike and go on a riverboat cruise, and then drive back to the hotel via the scenic St.Lawrence River.

Maison Otis is a charming, personable gem in Baie St Paul. A great stay for couples and on Main Street and short stroll to everything! Service is excellent. Make sure to eat at Mexican restaurant next door-tasty and authentic restaurant. Highly recommend Maison Otis!

A gem in Baie st Paul

Maison Otis is a jewel located in the heart of beautiful Baie St. Paul. Our room was 5 stars, large, comfortable and clean. We arrived to a personal written card welcoming us and a small snack. The staff were polite and helpful, parking behind the hotel was complimentary and free. We had dinner at the hotel as well and it was excellent. We will definitely stay at Maison Otis the next time we visit Charlevoix.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel

Fabulous hotel in the centre of gorgeous Baie St Paul. The staff are super accommodating and very friendly. This is the second time we’ve stayed and we loved it. The food at the hotel restaurant was lovely and after dinner drinks were of great quality.

A few days of total relaxation

Reserved this place for a couple of days to get away from the routine.
The staff is EXTREMELY helpful, friendly, nice… Attention to details I’ve never seen before (an e-mail before arrival asking for details on our trip to organise our activities, help out with restaurant reservations, a personnalised note of welcome on arrival…)
The room was absolutely outstanding. Comfortable, clean and quiet.
Due to staff shortages, the main restaurant was closed during our stay (Sunday-Monday) but a brand NEW Mexican restaurant was open and was as authentic as can be with a Mexican Chef and friendly staff.
When we go back to Baie St-Paul, theis will be the palce we go to, simple as that!

The place to stay!

Situated in the heart of artists' row on Saint-Jean-Baptiste, this amazing boutique hotel far exceeded our expectations. Fully renovated and reappointed with up-to-date appliances, and with a spacious and super-clean bathroom and a separate living room, our suite nevertheless retained the charm of the building's original Quebecois architecture. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the morning breakfast, featuring fresh croissants and fresh fruit to complement the bacon and eggs, was delicious. Right across the street is one of the premier art shops, Galerie d'art Iris - what a convenient way to launch your hunt for authentic art. We will stay here every time we revisit Baie-St-Paul, if there is room!
