What was good

Magnificent views from our room window. Excellent location with easy access to roam bus system to discover Banff. Absolutely beautiful hotel, beautiful views from the restaurants and attentive staff - definitely the best pkac to stay in Banff. The food selection was excellent and service in the restaurants was excellent. The room was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom excellent size. The view from the room breathtaking. Extremely clean We arrive bed at the hotel earlier than check in time and were checked in right away and our room available. We were given masks in plastic bags (excellent touch during this pandemic) and bus passes with the bus schedule to help us explore Banff. The best was getting a drive to the Banff Springs Hotel after we checked out - we had asked for a cab ! I was sh we could have stayed there our entire time in Banff - but will definitely next trip.
