There is not much for wow factor here.  But what you will get is a super comfortable bed with quality linens, a clean room with simple amenities like fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer, etc.  What I really appreciated were the large rooms with wood laminate floors.  So much cleaner that those dirty carpets you don't dare walk on barefoot.  Would recommend and stay here again.

Super clean, basic and comfortable.

A last resort as all the other motels were booked for the night. The rooms were spacious, very clean and one of the best mattresses i have slept on. The only dilemma was a big party at the parking lot in front of my door at 2 am for nearly 1 hour. In the morning i find out it was a team of base ball players. 

Excellent bed in spacious room

Stayed here on a motorcycle trip through the Interior. Nicely situated on the main strip, only a few mins walk from the two restaurants in Lillooet. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. The green carpet through me off a bit, but seemed clean. Shower was nice. The only complaint was the walls are a bit thin, so I could hear my neighbours, but they went to bed early so it was fine. Had a comfortable sleep and would stay here again,

Comfortable Accommodation

We stayed in this motel twice - both 1 night on our way to the Cariboo and 2 nights on the way back so we could explore Lillooet more. Our room was spacious and we got a unit with a kitchen which we always want when on the road for a bit. The bathroom could use a little facelift but overall, the room was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location is central, has a great view of the river and surrounding mountains and we found it to be very quiet. The owners were friendly and helpful. Overall, we think this motel is great value for the price and we are likely to stay here again.

Perfect for the price

This is a very small town, a few motels, almost everyone staying at motels in town are railway workers, truckers, or other working crews.  There are work trucks everywhere.  This motel and others like it are extremely busy with work crews coming and going daily.  That being said, this is a very clean, basic, older motel that we have been at for 3 days now on a work visit.  Comfortable beds, never ending hot water, very spacious.   Centre of town, lots of safe parking.  Also very quiet, most people only check in to sleep and leave very early in the morning.  No partying people here!  I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Just what we needed

We came into the Motel exhausted.
They were kind and understanding of our needs 
Our camping gear soaked , told us we could dry everything out on the grounds.
Very friendly and kind .
The bed was so comfortable, room was clean and the view was absolutely amazing.

AMAZING PEOPLE

There are several similar places to stay in Lillooet- motel type walk-ups. This one boasts being 'Canadas Best Value Inn'. Well, it isn't.

It is neither an inn nor even a good value. An inn has a common area, a lounge. This has nothing of the sort.

The key did not work in the first unit we were placed in, and we had to go back to the office for another room.

Mid-week in off-season came to $139.20 for 1 night, 2 people in one room. Predictably, there were few vehicles parked, and they were mostly contractor pickups.

 The bathroom grout around the tub was coming out and was mouldy. The bed covers were thin and unappealing. There was a musty smell throughout.

The shampoo came in an impossible-to-open sachet. At least the water was hot, and for some reason there were no trains going by on the tracks no more than 30 metres away. 

The views to the river are nice, and the location convenient, but do not expect any welcoming by the front desk or any semblance of design.

At a time when 4 star hotels in Whistler, not far away, are going for about the same price as this place, I'd say if on holiday plan to stay there.

Overpriced, and all the hallmarks of mediocrity

A good basic motel. Clean and well cared for.  Quiet. Good service at the front desk and when we need help. Parking right at our door. In town and we were able to walk downtown and see some of the historic sights. Enjoyable late afternoon.

A Trip Through the Central Interior of BC

older motel. clean and comfortable. couldnt find the ice machine .owner very friendly. quiet . next to the farmers market held on Friday.Easy parking for motorcycles.close to eating places ,on main street .

Very basic, well worn but clean and the beds were good, very thankful for a decent sleep. Lotion and a shower cap would've been helpful.  Appreciated the fridge and microwave. Very friendly and helpful owners....
