I book in Saturday night but the worse customer care two ladies in the front deck talking level in low. Please know who you are hiring so much disrespectful. Use common sense. You should have mature manure.

Lack of customer care

I  checked in Thursday, I got jumped by hooligans that same night for my wallet and all my cash. Had to go to the hospital, when I returned, they informed me they gave my deposit away and couldn't tellme to whom they released it. When I asked to pull up the sameras, it was the same people that beat me up. Then I got back with a diagnosis of a concussion and three broken ribs. They then pressured me to pay even though my expenses were covered, I then had ti oay another $200 deposit just to stay, They tried to blame damage their own staff made to my door on me, They seem to be straight criminals. Walking in to my room withought notice. Accusing me of smoking in the room ;even though i'm a non-smoker. Thia PLACE IS TERRIFYING AND DON'T BE SURPRISED IF YOU GET ROBBED FOR EVERYTHING, INCLUDING YOUR DEPOSIT.

These people steal deposits if you use cash.

Wow what a dump lol. Everything from mirrored 1970-80’s hallways to filled in bullet hole walls. Really run down and filthy! Slept in my clothes on top of the bed. Debated many times throughout the night to just sleep in my truck. I drank 12 beer just to get through it. Better off to sleep in your car save yourself the $100 bucks.

An experience to forget

Dirty, it’s what I imagine a crack house looks like on the inside. Pre-paid to stay and was refused a refund after checking out the disgusting room/hallways. Went to another hotel. Yep that’s how bad it was. I was willing to pay for another room somewhere else to avoid sleeping there. STAY AWAY!!!

Airport Travelers nightmare

So we are traveling through Calgary and this was a place we had stayed before a long time ago. The name has changed possibly with new management. Price was reasonable but there were no amenities, not even a clock. No coffee or tea or water in room. Continental Breakfast was put away 1/2 hour early and had no orange juice. Other than a place to sleep, there was nothing special about this hotel anymore. There are better ones for the same prices to stay at.

Clean but no frills!

I was actually quite impressed personally. The room was very simple but was absolutely spotless, I’m a very very picky person about things being clean! Bed was extremely comfortable and I slept great!

Just one night stay

I know that they are giving low rates. But c'mon, providing a dirty room, dirty sheets, dirty linens, is unacceptable!!! Clearly housekeepers doesn't do their jobs right. When we check-in, Front Desk person doesn't know anything about the place. She doesn't know if whatever is inside the room. She doesn't know what they serve for breakfast. And she doen't know where their storage is. The last thing we want when we arrive is just to have a rest for having a long day. When we got in the room, blanket has stains all over. And that's ok, get rid of the blanket, and just use the sheets. Remove the blanket, and to my surprise, the flat sheet has a yellow stain, a big yellow stain on it. We ended up asking for new blanket and sheets (not even sure if they're clean). In the morning, went to the breakfast area, and found crap. It seems like they just placed food just to show people there's something in there. 4 pcs rotten bananas, toast as hard as rock, bagels, dont even wanna try them. I havent check what's inside the fridge. Just by taking a look at it, don't even wanna touch it. How busy are they and they can't even wipe the outside of the fridge, it is seriously disgusting! I will never come back to this inn again!

Extremely Dirty!

Basic hotel. We stayed here for a cheap stay during the Calgary Stampede for 2 nights. Only spent time in the room to sleep. Bed was pretty uncomfortable but you get what you pay for! Had complementary breakfast which was nice -just the basics-coffee, cereal, fruit, muffins. 305$ for the 2 nights during busy stampede week when hotel prices are up.

Cheap stay 

This hotel smelled musty when we arrived at the room like a combination of stale smoke and sort of like it needed a thorough deep clean. We saw a microwave on the photo but there wasn't one. They didn't have the single room we booked but upgraded us to a room with two beds at the same price so that was appreciated. The shower was very difficult to regulate in temperature. Overall it wasn't horrible and in fact it was ok so that's why we rated it as average. The devil is in the details in the hotel business and the above items are the examples of details that need fixing. Other small items like finding someone else's hair in the bed are a little disconcerting. However the proximity to the airport is a plus. There is no way it's worth $140. More like $89 so the value is not good.
