What a beautiful hidden spot. From the street it looks like any other place (although the cultured stone facade helps it to stand out) but once in the courtyard, there are trees, grass, a pool/hot tub, bbq area and picnic tables. All in a small space, but still!

We stayed in #113 which had a nice little patio on the street with gorgeous views to the mountains and other well maintained areas. Tame bunnies to watch as well.  Out the other door was the patio courtyard. We loved this unit as it was freshly renovated, beautifully decorated, a spectacular views out all of the windows.

The pool is warm and big, the hot tub appears to be indoors in some pictures but it is open air to the pool but covered overhead

Piece of Paradise in Town

We are just coming to the end of our stay here and it has been brilliant. Our condo has everything we need, it is easy to walk into town by road or we liked using the Policeman's Creek Boardwalk taking about 10 mins and more scenic. The pool and hit tub are great and we always got a parking spot. We would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great stay!

Been staying at Mystic Springs for years… since our kids were babies, and it was great then and continues to be an easy accommodation all these years later. Two big bedrooms and pullout couch. Two bathrooms in each until. The hot tub and pools are fantastic, especially in the winter. The units have everything you need for cooking. There is paid laundry on the premises, parking is easy, and is just overall great for families. It gets busy on weekends and can be noisy, but through the week is very quiet. Close to shops and restaurants, and only a short drive to ski hills and downtown. Great spot!

Highly recommend!

We've stayed here 3 times now. The second time we had some issues with cleanliness and maintenance but after hearing our concerns we were refunded one night's stay which was appreciated. This last time we stayed was good other than having trouble initially getting into our suite...I put our door code in at least a dozen times before I was finally able to get in. The suite was nice and clean with everything in working order. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because it says it sleeps 8 but there are only dishes for 4, we are a family of 7 so it's annoying to have to eat in shifts. Other than that it's a reasonably priced place and the kids enjoy staying here, winter or summer!

Family trip

We love our stay at Mystic Springs. The accommodations have everything we need and the location is a nice distance to town centre and close to bike/walking trails. View is stunning. Self checkin is so convenient and allows flexibility of arrival. Would stay here again! 

Amazing as always!!!

The check-in time was 5:00pm, which is late compared to the usual 3:00pm.  We didn’t find this out until the room was already booked and we couldn’t cancel.  We called to see if we could get an early check in and we were told they might be able to.  They would call us back and let us know if we could get in early.  At 5:00pm we went to check in and it wasn’t ready.  The cleaning lady was still finishing up.  Finally checked in at 5:30.  They said they’d discount our stay but later they called and said they couldn’t.  The best  they could do is discount our next stay.  

5:00 check in and out room wasn’t ready

We had a short family trip and sinve we stayed there many years back we wanted to try it again. What a huge mistake. We received instruction on how to unlock unit but when we arived unit front door did nto have a key lock. After 30 min on  aphone a getting security they told us that iunit has two doors and keypad is on the back door!!!. Who puts a entry lock on a back door.  When we got inside it was another shock it smelled so bad that i had to open all doors and windows to let fresh air. It was already midnight and we were so tired that prevented us to look somewhere else. We end up spraying our fragrances  arround to be able to tolerate smell. We were in unit 138 and this is our experience with that unit. I did not have chance to see any other units in a complex at this time but this is enough for me to never put my foot there again.

Huge disapointment

The unit was nice and clean, the area was well kept and COVID measures seemed to be followed. The units are not brand new but I would definitely stay again, it was nice that the unit can be entered and exited without having to go through an indoor common area. This is also a great spot if you have pets along.

Nice little spot!

The condo we rented was great. It had a great layout and was very comfortable.  The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the bathrooms were really clean. 
We didn’t get to use the pool much, because it books up so quickly, but it was nice and warm. 
The location was nice, close to town but also had access to a lot of trails to explore.
Would stay again for sure! 

Nice place! 

The apartments were nice, minor cosmetic upgrades would make it great. Like the squeaky beds and sofa BUT I would definitely go back and the amenities and location were amazing. You literally didn’t need to take anything apart from food they were so well stocked!
