My fiance and I booked a room at the last minute. We arrived at the premises 10 minutes later than we were supposed to. We had left a voicemail message to the two hosts to advise them. No response back... We rang the doorbell twice only to find no answer. We had to quickly find another place to stay that night. We were very disappointed. We thought this was very unprofessional and poor business. There was no apology on their part for this. Therefore we do not recommend this Bed and Breakfast. Thank you.

No answer on the phone or at the door...

We enjoyed a friends’ getaway at this very welcoming space, including comfy rooms, a delicious breakfast adapted to our quirky dietary needs, a relaxing soak in the hot tub, and generous access to the pool table and large screen tv for movie watching. We will definitely return!!

Wonderful retreat!

My girlfriend and I were recently at Windsong Manor for a belated Valentine's Day. Debbie and Peter were such great hosts. Debbie helped me get some roses into the room with the assistance of a Carp florist. She even did a shuttle service for us to get to and from Ridge Rock Brewery. Breakfast prepared by staffer Barb was awesome. I could go on and on about the property itself. Such a perfect time.

Perfect Getaway, So Close

Such a beautiful, family-friendly place out in the country where it's dark and quiet at night, and still close enough to enjoy the sights of Ottawa. I stayed just one night with my young son, and the hosts were so indulgent and friendly with him. They even put an air mattress in the room for him for no extra charge so I could have the bed to myself. Beautiful sunrise out the back windows of the Chinook Room, and delicious, big breakfast. Nice little computer room too. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful hospitality!

My husband and I stayed at Windsong for two nights. We were in the area for a wedding and our experience was excellent. The entire home was immaculate, the rooms were gorgeous and the breakfasts were fantastic. Hosts were incredible, we will definitely come back if we need to stay in the area again!

Great experience at Windsong Manor!

Spent 2 nights at Windsong Manor. We stayed in the Maestro Room (king bed with ensuite). The room was very spacious and I really liked the little touches that were added (bathrobes, soaps, extra toothbrush). Debbie greeted us when we arrived. She was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations for things to do/restaurants. We took a short drive into a nearby town (Almonte). We also had breakfast prepared for us by Barb which was amazing! I would stay at Windsong Manor again in a heartbeat! Thanks for everything :)
