We stayed on a summer weekend and upgraded to a king size room with jacuzzi. We were very happy with the facilities and the room. The second floor does not  have elevator access for those with accessibility concerns. The staff were responsive about opening up the breakfast area early on the weekend to help us out.

Quality Facilities and Responsive Service

Fantastic customer service! The front desk made sure that I was well accommodated and prioritized my well being during my stay. The hotel manager is very friendly, cares about clients / customers and is very knowledgeable about the area regarding where to eat, shop etc. Rooms are very neat, clean and well maintained. Would definitely come back if I was looking for a place to stay in the area.

Staying overnight for work

the motel has a good parking lot, well marked for cars to park properly. There are sufficient lights at night so that you feel safe to walk outside after dark. The location of the motel is close to the industrial area of Wallaceburg. Many of the eating places are located on the same street as the motel.

very good room and service.check in and were simple booked a room for a friend. Hosts were very accomodating to our needs. They  allowed us to pay afterwards and gave us trust to pay the bill after check out

The outside was not eye-catching but the rooms were surprising nice and spacious. Apparently, it had recently gone through a reno.  I would stay here again.  It was within walking distance to children-friendly restaurants.

Clean & Newly renovated rooms. Friendly staff. Close to shops and restaurants. No frills. Beware of the crack heads that come out at night and hang out in the back of the hotel on the picnic tables. Great internet.

Room was overpriced carpet in room was very stained  mattress was of poor quality 
Ground floor was under renovation  staff was friendly breakfast room was well worn and need of updating location was handy to a crabby Joe's and Tim hortons

Overpriced

We weren't expecting much when we arrived at the hotel as the star rating was not super great! The light in the lobby was off when we arrived and thought the place was closed. Once we got our key to our room, we walked in and the room had such a terrible smoky smell. I didn't want to change rooms as we got the king jacuzzi suite. We weren't in the room much as we were there for a wedding. 

The first night I was going to put my phone in the bedside table and when I opened the drawer, it was disgusting and had an arm band for doing needles...gross!!!

Continental breakfast was a bit odd with Covid going on.

Room was nice and big and the jacuzzi tub was nice. I liked the microwave in the room and the mini fridge was fairly big. Not much else I can say was great about the place.

Weekend Wedding Retreat

Rooms were clean but despite being a "non-smoking" hotel, guests were smoking cigarettes and/or weed in their rooms the entire time we were there.  5 night stay ended on a sour note.  Partying guests hung out in the hallway and kept us up all night, two nights in a row despite contacting front desk at 2:30am, 4am, and 6:30am for assistance to shut them down.   Weeknight stay was ok but be aware if your stay crosses over a weekend!

Disappointing

The room was not clean, there were stains all over the bed. The breakfast described on their website was non-existent. The people running the place looked like they lived in the office. The room next to me was constantly having people knocking on their door retrieving something and leaving. This occurred all night long.
