From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. Theresa was busy doing cleaning and laundry, and her hard work is obvious, the entire place actually looks brand new. From the comfortable beds and ample pillows the spotless bathroom and excellent omelet and toast we enjoyed for breakfast, I guarantee we will be back. The location is perfect and you have the opportunity to walk  and enjoy the boats and beach right from the Inn. Outside is an inviting patio with a small fire pit that allows you to relax while enjoying the full view of the lake. Theresa and John are super friendly and very accommodating. This is the best place for us, hopefully you get to enjoy the experience too.

Amazing

Whether you're here for fishing or just looking for a room with a view, this is undoubtedly the place to stay on Cold Lake. For anglers, the convenience of being across the street from the boat launch can't be overstated. The views from the 2nd floor lake side rooms are guaranteed to relax. The hosts will compete for the job of your favorite aunt and uncle. Unfortunately, there are hazards. The marina parking lot is a favorite Friday night meeting spot for the local teens who want to put their custom car stereos and after-market mufflers on display. Couple that with the thin walls and you get the picture. Still, I would say you would have a positive experience. If a sound sleep is of utmost importance, ask for south side room, you might do okay.

Really nice

Theresa was so welcoming! Our room was very clean and well appointed. Location to the marina is so convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evening. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great place to stay!

We stayed 2 nights at this beautiful B and B. A great view of the lake. Room was spotless. Teresa makes the most amazing breakfasts! If you go away from there hungry thats on you.   It was quiet and enjoyable. We will be back!

Wonderful hosts , beautiful room

Our stay at the Lakeshore Inn was very Enjoyable.  Made our holiday Over The Top!  John and Teresa and their Family were most hospitable and kind.   The Breakfasts were  so Good.  We LOVED our stay there.  Will definitely plan another stay at the Inn.

Beautiful Accommodations, Beautiful Hosts

I was called to be advised that my room was being cancelled due to poor staffing. I was given less than 48 hours notice to find another accommodation in Cold Lake with no compensation. I would not recommend this bed and breakfast.

Cancelled Room

We really enjoyed staying at the Lakeshore Inn, Cold Lake. It’s a very clean place and our room was spotless. Theresa is a wonderful host and makes sure everything is okay with your stay. Amazing breakfasts and a lot of attention to detail with all of the COVID requirements. Will definitely stay here again. 

Beautiful place to stY

I have stayed in many b and b's and this one operated by Teresa and John is over the top incredible. Teresa meets you with a smile and it continued for the entire stay. The rooms are wonderful, well kept and up to date. Being well decorated increases the ambience of a quality facility. An ever changing morning breakfast delivered to the table is a nice touch. Check in and out was easy, It was flawless. I highly recomend a stay in this B and B, I have to add it is across from the marina.

Over the Top

Highly recommend the Inn.!  Exceptionally clean with beautiful decor...comfortable bed and delicious breakfasts. Wonderful kind and accomodating hosts. Across the street from the marina ...shops just up the street.

Beautiful Inn!

My room was completely immaculate with a beautiful design. Teresa and John were the nicest people and made sure we were very well taken care of. This place is located right across from the marina and walking distance to the beach and pubs. Very beautiful stay, will most definitely be returning to this place!!! Thank you Lakeshore so much!
