We always have a nice clean room here. We stay here almost every single year. It is not fancy but clean bright and all we need! The gentleman who runs it is very helpful and kind. We absolutely recommend it and love it here! Close to downtown if we want to walk down and do some shopping!

Always clean!

Room was clean. Sheets were crisp. Bed had the right amount of firmness. (My boyfriend and I had the best sleep in a motel ever!) Air-conditioner in the room which we could adjust to our liking. A mini-fridge and microwave also in the room - very convenient. The location can't be more convenient - several eateries just down the street, including a MacDonald's, an Indian and a Thai restaurant in a plaza with take-out options, a bistro with patio, and an LCBO, all within easy walking distance. The main downtown street is only a few blocks away, as well as the harbour. The owners are also very polite. Check-in and check-out were super-easy. Everything we expected in a motel in this price range and more. Oh, and free WiFi.

Clean and comfortable

Very clean and beds were extremely comfortable.  What I really appreciated was not only the cleanliess and comfort but that it did not have any cleaning chemical ordor.  I would definately stay there again!

Spotless!

Spent a night at the Milestone Motel yesterday. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Collingwood. We would definitely plan to stay here again.

Great place to stay, clean and quiet even though it is on a main road.  Everything is so close, restaurants, shopping, beach and only 10 minutes from Blue Mountains.  Then go to Meaford and check out the liquidation store!

Nice place

They offered a double room with two double beds and one single bed for two adults and one teenager of my family. The room is very clean. This hotel has an excellent location, very close to restaurants and supermarket. Furthermore, it's only 10 minutes drive to Blue Mountain Village. The only small problem during winter season is: it's a bit cold in the room if you don't turn on the air conditioner. But the air conditioner is pretty noisy. I would be better if the hotel could provide more quilts. In the seasons other than winter, this hotel should be perfect choice if you want a budget hotel.

Great location, reasonable price and clean room

This motel offered friendly and accommodating service.Access from inside hallway or parking lot. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, with a new style flat-screen  t.v., a fridge and microwave. Close to everything!!!

The rooms were all just renovated with new interiors. Because of that and their standards it’s actually a very clean little Motel. Pros:
- Next to McDonalds & very short walk to LCBO, Kelseys, Boston Pizza, St Louis Grill, Montana’s, etc. 
- Short drive to Blue Mountain
- Comfortable beds & clean
Cons:
- Very overpriced
- Old p.o.s. Shower heads
- Can’t flick off outside light so lots of bugs

Recently Renovated 2star Near the Mountains 

For one night stay after A LONG day of travel , we were pleasantly surprised a the cleanliness of the room. Yes, it was not large but the 2 of us did not find it cramped for one night. We were ready to sleep. We also got a notice that only one room remained and we found the place to be almost completely booked. The locale is great! It is on a main street and I did not notice the traffic noise at all and their were tons of places to eat nearby.

Pleasant for overnight

The motel is right on the main strip - which is good because there are a lot of restaurants close by - but there is a lot of road traffic noise that is quite noticeable.

The room is VERY 'bare bones' and quite small.  2 people would find it quite cramped.  The bathroom was the worst part....!  No shelf space anywhere to put a toiletry bag, and for some reason there is no mini shelf in the shower, so the only place for your shampoo and soap are tiny corners.  It also does not take long to see a lack of repairs/maintenance.

When I was booking my room online there was a message that there is only 1 room left, and since I was attracted by the price, I booked.  That whole thing is a scam!!  I was the only one at this motel - all of the other rooms were vacant.

There are other basic hotels in the area for an extra $20/night - well worth it for the additional comfort.

To makes thing worse, there was not even a coffee machine in the room!!!

For another $20/night, you can get something much better
