We had a fabulous stay!  Our initial 1-night booking turned into 3, as the accommodations and amenities were just that good.  Rooms are very clean and provide a large screen TV, comfortable beds, hot shower and a breakfast that is extensive and delicious. Highly recommend!  You won’t get a better value for your money than here!!

Fabulous!

We stayed one night and were very satisfied for the price. The room was excruciatingly clean. The bathroom was small, but had a nice deep tub. It was very quiet and the heating apparatus worked perfectly. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The staff was nice and came up to help us with the vey large television which Was a little bit perplexing.  The breakfast was plentiful, though not terrific. Powdered scrambled eggs but lots of bacon and sausage plus the usual processed items like cereal and yogurt.  Plentiful coffee.

There was one flight of stairs to our room. The stairs seemed oddly steep, and quite tiring if you’re carrying luggage.

Excellent value for the price

This is an excellent hotel at a very good price.  The staff were welcoming and the rooms were very nice.  It is within walking distance to restaurants and services.  Our only problem was with the bathtub tap as it was hard to turn on, but we managed

What an awesome little place. 80 bucks a night makes you nervous but let me tell you. It was a great deal. Our team stayed here. Breakfast was incredible. Rooms are clean… It’s a no-brainer. Team gave it 5 stars!

Great team hotel

This place is ok for the money. Staff are nice. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are super small. Nice big TVs. Beds are just ok. They do a small breakfast that hit the spot. Location is great. Right off the highway so easy to get around. I would stay here again.

Nothing fancy

I called on August 4th to change my reservation on the 5th to the 8th. We show up and the made the reservation for the 6th by mistake. We asked for a room for tonight or a refund and was told "no" I asked for a managers name and was told "no" I asked her for name "no". She called me a liar and then freaked out when I took her picture after I asked for her name and the managers name multiple times so that I would know who I was talking to. Super rude and super unprofessional and then booked a room for that night in front of us on the phone after saying no rooms were available

Rude and messed up my reservation

Spent a restful night here as the famous dinosaur town of Drumheller Alberta is an hour drive distant. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a terrific roadhouse restaurant located accross the road.

Affordable Excellence

Can't say enough about The Great place' The Westlake Inn is... wonderful experience, superb bedding, Cloudlike beds... Lovely breakfast ... wow .. This Was a real treat . everything you Could ask for ... Including The Best Price of The year ...I actually told them to charge more ..this place' was Just so comfortable and super clean.... Loved it' all... And they were pet friendly ... our fur Baby lulu! Loved it'... she Never woke up once during The night...if you're in Strathmore... don't hesitate to stay Here ...smoke Free ...no Stinky pot or vape!!!... you'll love it' ..we did .. thanks Westlake Inn...we Love you...friendly helpful and professional staff.... so refreshing...

Absolutely Great! A real treat 🤠

I think it’s absolute bs that they feel the need to charge full price when they don’t touch your rooms anymore not to mention their idea of breakfast is an apple and old coffee. Bring your lipstick if you plan on staying here cause they will bend you over

Paying too much for what you get

There were good things and bad things about this hotel. There was complimentary water in the room that was replenished each day, the room was quiet and bed comfortable. The staff were friendly enough. However, the cleanliness of the room was poor, urine around base of the toilet, dust on tv and microwave, ring of dust around edge of carpet. The continental breakfast was almost non existent, our first morning consisted of milk, juice boxes and coffee/tea, 2 boxes of Special K cereal, oatmeal packages and an empty pastry case to choose from. The second day there were 3 muffins and 1 box of Special K cereal to choose from. The plastic sliding drawer holding red rose tea was so gummed up I couldn’t open it to get a tea bag out. Don’t expect much out of the breakfast.
