We were lucky to have a king room in the newer building adjacent to the house. It was spacious, comfortable, with a deck and nice view. Well equipped  with evewrything we needed. The breakfast room is very Victorian  and pretty. However it is not self=serve but has a set menu that unfortunately I just didn't have an appetite for.  The hotess Barb is very nice and the room was very clean.

A Lovely B&B in Digby

We loved our stay here.  We stayed in one of the motel rooms behind the main house.  The room was spacious and clean and the grassy seating area offered a great view of the Bay of Fundy.  The hosts were very friendly and offered suggestions of things to do during our stay.  The breakfasts were excellent!

Wonderful place to stay while in Digby!

First, let me say, this is only my second time staying at any B&B.  Now, let me tell you, we will be returning to Come From Away.  We stayed in The Crows Nest, and I will book no other.  We stayed for 2 nights and had the perfect breakfast both days. The view was SPECTACULAR and the room was very comfortable.  We were made to feel welcome and like you were at home.  We will be returning in 2025.

A Mid Summer Nights Dream.

This was a great place to stay!  The room was very clean and the bed comfy.  We really enjoyed sitting in the yard and watch the tides ebb and flow.  The breakfast was an added bonus...Eggs Benedict, Crepes and Quiche.  All were great.  I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent waterfront inn!

The hosts are nice and this is a fine place to stay right in Digby. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, etc. Only relatively minor less-than-positive comments, but combined with the new building rooms not being at all B&B-quaint-like, just feel I can't go to 5 stars.
The main house looks very nice and I'm sure the rooms are quaint. However, we stayed in the new building out back. To be clear, it was a totally nice/fine place to stay. Clean and well kept. And we WERE aware what the room looked like from the pics so weren't surprised, but I think it's a fair comment that the new rooms are a stretch to really meet the classic expectation of a B&B room. Suggest being clear what room you're taking - in the main house or the new construction - and not just phoning and saying "I'd like a quaint Queen room please" without looking online first.
Only real negative was only flimsy drapes. Sufficient for privacy, but that's it. NOT at all room darkening, so we woke early with the bright/early summer sun.
Breakfast was a quiche, homefries, fruit, brown bread, and tiny glass of orange juice and coffee. Again, it was 'fine', but less impressive than other B&B breakfasts I've had.
Weak communication. Emailed a question about check in the night before and never did get a reply. We ended up phoning the next afternoon to clarify our question.
Hosts were nice - really sweet dog!
Again, perfectly fine, but can't say it earned 5 stars. Just being honest.

The people and the views make this place. Our room had a balcony and large windows overlooking Digby Harbour, which was fantastic. The room was simply furnished but spacious and comfortable with all you need. The mom and son team who own the place were warm and welcoming, and served a homemade breakfast each morning in a traditional family dining room.  All very good value. Would certainly stay here again.

Excellent waterfront location and lovely, homemade breakfast

We stayed at this lovely Victorian B&B for 2 nights while on an 11 day vacation with n NS, New Brunswick, and PEI. Room and bathroom were comfortable and it was very quiet . The hosts were wonderfully attentive; we had a delicious and different breakfast the 2 mornings we were there which included homemade crepes the first morning and Eggs Benedict the second morning, both accompanied by fresh fruit ,toast of choice, and a breakfast meat . Would highly recommend if you are in Nova Scotia area.

Lovely place !

We had a first floor room in the motel-sh building. It was heavenly. Clean and nicely appointed. Lots of light. Comfortable bed. And simply incomparable views! Perfect location for sunrises across the Annapolis Bay.

The location is great. Definitely walking distance to the heart of Digby. 

And the breakfast! OMG! Perfectly cooked poached eggs, bacon, fruit, potatoes, toast, and coffee. I could have eaten those eggs all day. The hollandaise sauce on them was even better.

My only regret was not staying longer!

Wow. What a view! What a breakfast! 

This was my favorite place to stay on our recent vacation in Nova Scotia. They have a total of 10 rooms, for upstairs in the house and six on the waterfront, and what is essentially a revamped Motel.  There are three room upstairs and three downstairs.  As I have mobility issues, we selected the Captain's Quarters, on the ground floor.  The room was lovely and nicely decorated, providing everything we needed.  Parking is directly outside the waterfront rooms.  There are Adirondack chairs on the lawn facing the water.  Sadly, the weather included some pop-up showers during our stay, but the view was still worthy of photos.  The owners are very hospitable, providing excellent recommendations for dinner.  In the morning, we were treated to breakfast which included crepes, bacon and fresh fruit in the dining room.  It was wonderful being served on quality vintage dishes.   You are best to reserve directly; you'll get a choice of rooms.  Be aware the house is not wheelchair accessible.  There are several steps to access the check-in area and have breakfast.  

My Favorite Place to Stay in Nova Scotia

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this b&b on our recent trip due to road closures in the area keeping us from getting there. When we called to let them know we couldn’t make it, they were incredibly rude throughout the call, and completely unaccommodating during a state of emergency in the province.
