Sink in bathroom wouldn't drain.  Tub was disgusting, chipped, stained, dirty. T.v. didn’t work. Fridge handle broken/sharp not clean.  They charged over a 160.00 for night that was with 20.00 pet fee. Not a pleasant experience.  Stayed here as it was only room available in area. 
Also no restaurant.
I stayed at a Comfort Inn the next night cost less than this and was MUCH CLEANER.

Do Not stay here

It's just that if there's no room elsewhere, like we do, it's soft and finished, it feels like it's locked up, dirty carpet, disgusting cover, 1960's furniture, bathroom finished, door down, bathroom fan finished.

To have a night of horror, to rent this hotel

I made a mistake and booked this place because it accepted my pet cat and the Best Western seemed way over priced at $200 something with Covid 19 in full swing. This hotel was a bit scary actually. My wife called it the Bates Motel. It needs a lot of maintenance. The gutters were hanging on the main building and could blow off at any time. Cigarette butts all over the ground. The Beds were the best thing, one was firm and one was super soft and it just happened we like it like that. The hotel is back to the future circa 1970. Pay the price and stay at the Best Western at all costs. This place was extremely over priced and we stayed at 4 star hotels cheaper than this all across the country.  This is a $50 hotel at best.

Not very good!

Chose this motel as most others were full. They bragged about their wonderful beds...well if you like sleeping on a board! It was clean, decent. Could not get Wi-Fi to work. But huge tv. Not too much to eat right close. They do not have a restaurant.

Just an overnight

Can’t say much for the motel rooms. Was clean. Old but clean. 
As for the restaurant, just opened a day ago. Had simple burger and fries but was much better than the food I normally find in Dryden restaurants.

Restaurant is good

Pulled in as this was the first motel we saw when entering Dryden going east from Manitoba big mistake keep going 2 minutes down the road to many more motels
Because we had non shedding dog we were given a room in the back down by the river
This area is disgusting you lookout at garbage 
They rent monthly to people you would not want to be near
There were people hanging out in front of our window
Cars coming and going 
We called owner who did come down
We were concerned for our safety wondered if they were dealing drugs threatened to call police owner did speak to them and some left in a truck yelling out the window at us
We were in room 29 and heard thumping above us all night
Complained about that actually asked for our money back
But you know this did not happen room was shabby
Bed made of cardboard
Wifi did not work and they blamed it on the wind
No coffee in the room bad experience
Owners obviously don’t care

Keep driving

This is not a nice place, even for one night. It is poorly  maintained. The bed was lop sided with broken wheels on the frame. The curtains were missing hooks and wheels or slides. The masking tape was left on the windows from painting last year. Worst of all the tub wouldn't drain. Go somewhere else. Dryden is an expensive city to stay.

Old run down motel that is under new ownership. New owner is a very nice man by that’s the only nice thing about this motel. He is upgrading SLOWLY. New 50” TVs, new hard as rock beds and new carpets. No coffee maker, no hair dryer or iron, microwave didn’t work, fridge came with someone else’s KFC, flimsy bedding and towels and more than one long black hair (NOT OURS) in the bathroom. Very loud but working A/C. The seal around the door is non existent so you can see right outside and the bugs got in through there. Bathroom doors rotting at the bottom. Surprisingly no mold though This wouldn’t be horrific had the room charge reflected the stay but the room
Charge was $120.00 - double what it should be. Supposed to have a continental breakfast but office was locked at 7:30am and couldn’t locate the food if it was in fact somewhere. Oh - and no ice machine that I could find. Would not recommend or stay here again

Beware

Just stayed overnight. Got the room in front, was able to park in front of my door. The room was a good size, had tv, microwave and mini fridge. A shower and it was a comfortable sleep on the memory foam mattress. No complaints!
