The hotel was reasonably priced but a bit dated. The room was comfortable, clean,  and quiet. Was easy to find and parking was free. Good place to stay for those on a budget. No restaurant on site though.

OK place to stay

We booked this same night through hotels.com as we decided to go to a Bisons game last minute.
The hotel was clean, the owner was very nice.
Decor extremely dated but in good condition. Bed comfortable. Walls are very thin if you are a light sleeper...we could hear the neighbours tv all night long.

Our only issue was the owner put all the guests in one section of the hotel (away from her living quarters)... there were some obnoxious people who riolled in around 230am, yelling, repeatedly slamming doors, this went on for some time. When we awoke next morning they had left tons of cigarette butts on the ground outside our door.

Spacing guests out a bit would be best for sound.

Great location to border, clean

With a snow storm coming our way and we were flying out of Buffalo, we looked for a good price on a hotel/motel to stay one night on the Canadian side. The room is just out of the 50s or 60s, need to be updated. Room needs to have a good cleaning. I would not take a shower because of the bath tub and shower area, tiles were missing, sick was on a home make shelf and was not clean, floor was not clean, bath tub was green in colour, tollit was green with a blue seat, not cleaned.

ONE NIGHT STAY BEFORE CROSSING INTO US

Wanted a nice cozy and peaceful area while visiting Niagara Falls so didnt want to stay too close to it (20 min away). Couldnt have asked for a better motel. Staff was so friendly and always greeted us with a huge smile whenever they saw us. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, ac worked great, microwave and small fridge included. Bathroom was a bit small but very clean and lots of pressure. Loved that we could open windows for fresh air. Very clean pool at the back which made it nice and private, surrounded by flowers and grape vines. Also picnic tables if we wanted to sit and have our meal. Some restaurants at walking distance and laundromat also close by which was great for our week stay. Only bad thing i can say is wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely return and recommend it.

Peaceful

I always stay here when I am in Buffalo. Minutes from the bridge and good value.  What they lack in warmth, they make up for in value and cleanliness. Good beds, fridge in room, close to retail and food.  I always recommend the Haven Motel.

Quick, Easy Conveniently located and clean

This establishment has to be one of the best motels I have ever stayed in. Although my room was modest when it came to the amenities offered, I found it clean, roomy, and quite agreeable to my needs. Above all, the manager and staff are wonderful and very helpful!

Wonderful stay at the Haven Motel

Clean and spacious with a fridge and microwave. Better than some hotels I've stayed at. For a motel, it was much better than expected. Thumbs up if you just need basic accommodations. And Timmy's is right next door.
