We really enjoyed this motel.  The staff was amazing.  They were very helpful, gave us a complete tour of the room, showing us where everything was, helping us with local attractions (there is a grocery store right around the corner).  Staff members spoke English.  The rooms were large and clean with everything you needed to cook all your meals.  They have a gas BBQ out back that is well equipped.  Behind the Motel is a shared courtyard with a screened in room with a large table.  We were there on a very hot week and were able to manage without AC because we were able to open so many windows.

Great Discovery

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location to Cap-de-Bon-Desir. The room was very comfortable and clean and could tell that it was just updated or brand new. It has a living room, kitchen area and even a backyard balcony/picnic area. Not much to eat around here, went into to Les Escoumins for breakfast but had a nice dinner at a restaurant just across the road (not the one that has a pizza sign in the window). The owner was very nice and helpful and we were very happy with our stay. The only thing is, if you get cold like I do I would bring a pair of slippers as the floors were very cold - especially in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay and location!

We had booked this motel for 2 nights but due to the cancellation of the ferry from the Gaspesie peninsula, we had to cancel the first night.  The owner was very understanding and when we arrived and saw the unit we only wish we had been able to stay the 2 nights.  The unit had 3 rooms, a well- equipped living room  a bedroom and a bathroom, all very clean.  Whilst on the main road it is well set back and we heard no traffic noise at night, enjoying a good sleep.  There is also a surprisingly good restaurant a few hundred metres down the road.  A really good place to stay in the area.

Very High Standard Motel

We stopped here for one night, and were lucky to find this little gem, since we had been driving all day.  The room was delightful, and SPOTLESS!!  We had a lovely queen bed in one room, and a sitting room with a loveseat and another TV - also a small fridge.  The bathroom looked brand new - new fixtures, freshly painted, with glass tile floors.  The proprietor was very sweet, and helpful - telling how to find the local convenience store, and a good restaurant down the road.  And, to top it off, the price was reasonable!  I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

A Wonderful Stay!!!!

Totally updated. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms, professional staff, and I met the owner and learned his history and dedication. Our room was essentially brand new. There is NOTHING ELSE nearby that can compete with this motel. Food across the highway is tollerable, but no more than that.

excellent for the price, the staff, the friendliness and general overall demeanour is well above the norm.
