We really enjoyed our stay with Cheryl and Chris at this restored century-old farmhouse. It's just off the highway on a quiet road near Annapolis Royal. The property is beautiful and well worth a little time to stroll around its trails. Our rooms were comfortable and shared a bathroom. Cheryl serves a wonderful breakfast with farm-fresh ingredients. Both Cheryl and Chris know the area well and offered plenty of tips on what to see, where to eat etc. The house has a nice common area to sit and relax in the evening. There's a lot of rural charm here and the location is excellent if you are exploring the Annapolis Valley.

We spent a great night at this B & B.  The couple that run this Bed & Breakfast are very friendly and have a great knowledge of the area and where to go and what to see.  Our room was very nice, large and comfortable.  We shared a bathroom with another couple but no problems with shared accommodations.  We were able to enjoy having dinner at a local restaurant, Fish and chips that was recommended by our hosts...excellent.  We could use the family room to enjoy a bit of TV before bedtime.  The breakfast in the morning was fantastic.  It was all home made and with several choices and lots of food.  We would highly recommend this B & B and would stay here again.

Great B & B

In a beautiful old farmhouse...full of lovingly cared for treasures.  A BIG comfy bed...followed by a most delicious breakfast of stuffed french toast.  
The evening we arrived our hostess suggested a fabulous little family restaurant minutes away that satisfied my mother's need for turkey for Thanksgiving & my need for delish haddie bits & shrimp

Restful & Quiet

We were very well looked after and my wide who is celiac really appreciated an excellent GF breakfast. The owners took the time to provide us with tips of where to visit locally and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the area.

Excellent breakfast in a friendly B+B in an interesting corner of NS

This is an excellent place to stay while in the area of Annapolis Royal.  The home is in the country so is quiet and you have the ability to walk around the yard and enjoy the country atmosphere.  Our room was large and very clean.  Our host was very knowledgeable about the area and helped give directions. We had a bit of trouble finding the place but was well worth the effort.  Our host provided a lovely homemade breakfast.  She checks for all allergies and food likes and dislikes.  We had a great breakfast.  We would highly recommend this B&B and would book here again.

Great place to stay

A charming, beautiful house, with comfy room. Cheryl & Chris are great hosts, always happy to give recommendations what to see, what to do in the area. 
The location is quiet, and we have enjoyed the frog chorus in the evening, a true rural experience. Cheryl prepared some amazing fresh home-made breakfast for us, an absolute treat, especially that most of the breakfast is self-produced. 
We really enjoyed meeting Asta as well, their lovely dog. I highly recommend this B&B if you are in the area, for a tranquil experience.
