Delicious food and great service!!
We stopped by for dinner, they had a pasta special with a beer for $18 and even tho there wasn’t many people there we decided to give it a go! So glad we did! The meal was so delicious! The beer icy cold! The service exceptional! Would absolutely recommend this place! 
We’ll definitely be back!

Pillow cover smelled like it was never washed and there is camera everywhere facing every entrance and door and the top floor the cameras got facing the window so you can’t even open the window without them looking at you just seems like they are spying on you or something

Don’t go here

Went to the concert almost next store at Harrison Hall. We were looking for a cheap, but clean place to stay overnight. ( $140 all in)We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean and well equipped for the price. being a little bit it looks like the room has been recently decorated and upgraded .
We booked a Lakeview room with a small balcony. There is a really good fridge. The TV has multiple channels, including Netflix prime, etc. The heater worked well. The bed was Comfortable. Staff pleasant and the only peculiarity is you have to phone for someone to come and register you. unless somebody happens to be at the front desk ,which they were for us, This obviously cuts the price down for customers. Free parking at the back, but you could also park for free in the winter on the Main Street outside. The restaurant appears to be closed, but there were lots of other choices in Harrison. 

Comfortable inexpensive winter stay

Stop 5 minutes for information, got a $100 parking ticket. 

Did not see signs on the street. We are not coming back to Harrison Hot Springs again. EVER! 

What the heck!!!!!! Not a tourist friendly town at all!

Street parked for 5 minutes. Got a $100 Parking ticket.

Booked with low expectations ( for 93.00 a night I don't expect anything ' fancy ') I actually enjoyed our stay. We were overlooking the lake and close to everything.  It was clean and the bed was very comfortable ( more comfortable than the much more expensive harrison hot springs spa)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big but dated. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room.

The only con was it was freezing in our room! There is 1 small baseboard heater against the wall under the windows and it can not keep up with heating the room. It was windy outside so air was blowing into the room thru the a/c unit. We had to bundle up in hats and sweaters and sit under blankets to stay warm. 

You get what you pay for

This was a last minute booking and our expectations were low. The hotel is nothing to write home about. The room had two beds and a shower. The bathroom was very dated. We actually slept better on these beds than the beds at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort. Room was like an oven when we first arrived as the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on. One of the bed side lamps wouldn’t work so we checked and it was unplugged. Then, we realized there wasn’t even an outlet for the lamp to plug into. Strange. But overall, we got what we expected.

Low expectations helps…

The bathroom especially was very outdated. Staff was friendly. Room felt clean and beds were good. Location great- directly across from lake and park. But, for the price, need to update, especially carpets and bathrooms!!

Clean room but outdated

Great location, view of the lake, walking distance to all local restaurants. Unfortunately their's was not open for early breakfast. Large bed, no heat in the hallway (not a problem in the summer!) blew the circuit boiling water with space heater going. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate provided. Desk guy civil, room cleaner friendly.

Basic

We arrived at Hot Spring Villa Hotel at about 3pm on August 16th and checked in at the front desk (which is also the restaurant bar).  We were given room 104, located at the back of the hotel.  

The room has one door which opens directly onto the rear parking lot, and a single window facing the same direction.  The room was small and dingy, with a tiny equally dingy bathroom.  The room seemed dirty - it was dark, it smelled musty (as though there were mold and/or mildew in the carpet or walls), and the bed was ancient with a very poor quality old mattress.

My partner and I were appalled, but we knew most hotels in town were booked up so we put our suitcases in the room and hoped to make the best of it.  While we were out for dinner, we became more and more unhappy with the thought of sleeping in that terrible room - my partner has asthma and a bad back, and we were worried that we would both get sick because of the poor air quality.  

We were luckily able to find a room at another hotel later that evening, so we didn't end up having to stay (whew!).  Hot Spring Villa Hotel refused to refund our money though, so it was an expensive weekend.
