This was a wonderful place to stay! I loved the location, close to the center of the village. The bed was comfortable, the room was charming, and being able to relax in the beautiful lounge with a cup of tea was delightful. The breakfasts were made fresh and absolutely delicious. The hosts go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and enjoying your time in the Eastern Townships. I can't wait to go back!

Delightful, Comfortable, Clean, and Close to the village

Absolutely delighted to have stayed here, this is such a lovely cottage, if I may call it that. I felt like I was transported to an art gallery, the place is so done so tastefully and every object seems to be carefully selected to make it the most gorgeous and cozy place to stay.
It's a small distance from the village, so you skip the crowds but are never away from the Marina
Breakfast is fantastic and the hosts are so warm and take great effort to make you feel like an esteemed guest.

Great place to stay with the sweetest service

The  place is really cute, and the host is awesome. The location is good, with a lot of points of interest not far. The homemade breakfast was really nice and done to perfection! To complete, it is pet friendly. Couldn't ask for more!

We had a lovely two-night stay at the Auberge and enjoyed our very spacious and comfortable room on the 3rd floor with good views front and back. We were greeted warmly by the manager and were pleased that eight deer, including two fawns, came to the garden to say hello.  This was a perfect base for a couple of days exploring the Eastern Townships.  North Hatley is a pretty village and the auberge is in an excellent location, close to the center but with extensive grounds.  Breakfast was a treat, with freshly-squeezed juices, fruit, clafoutis, croissants, home-made jams and exceptional crepes.  We look forward to a return visit.

An elegant and comfortable auberge with great service

Very clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. There was a large backyard where there are deer! Peaceful, lovely location and a friendly host. The living room was beautifully furnished and provided a space to read and relax. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

We've just returned from a 2-night stay and loved the experience.  

GENERAL: The inn is beautifully furnished and very clean.  The grounds are well kept and you may even get a surprise visitor (deer) that comes around to graze in the morning.  There’s plenty of parking and sufficient space if you have a boat trailer.

PET FRIENDLY: We traveled with our 75 lb. furry friend and were very well greeted.  Although pets are not permitted in the dining room, there is a beautiful adjacent patio where you can enjoy your breakfast with your pet.  The owner was amazing and even brought out a plate with dog treats as we were finishing up our breakfast.

ROOM: We had the blue-themed room on the second floor.  The furnishings were beautiful.  The bed was comfortable and you can adjust the temperature of the very quiet air conditioner.  The bathroom with shower was nice and had fluffy towels.

BREAKFAST: Delicious and home-made!  For starters, there is a baked item, i.e. chocolate chip and coconut muffin.  This is followed by fresh fruit, then cheese and crackers.  The first morning we had a choice of plain, chocolate or blueberry waffles; second morning there were fresh croissants.  The jam is homemade and the juice is freshly squeezed.  We are espresso drinkers and the coffee was amazing.

SERVICE: Absolutely impeccable and thoughtful!  The owner was attentive to the smallest of details.

OVERALL: We will definitely visit again when in North Hatley.

Impeccable service!

We stayed one night at this auberge / B&B. We were very well welcomed by Aurélie. The room was quaint, the bed very comfortable and very clean. We had breakfast (which is served from 8:30 to 10:00). Aurélie was again very nice as she served breakfast. The coffee was great (expresso), the muffins and waffles were delicious. Despite being along the road the place is quiet. We would go back.
