Clean room and very friendly staff. Room was fully renovated, bed was very comfy.
I arrived late in the evening on a very cold night. When I entered the room it was very cozy and warm. Breakfast was very good in the morning.
I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Great value for your money

Good location. Fast internet and very comfortable bed.
Friendly staff at the front desk. They let me check in very late at night (around 1:30 am).
 Will recommend to budget conscious people white staying in Jasper area.

Value for your money

This hotel is conveniently located off highway 16. Easy access from highway yet not too close to hear highway traffic noise. Walking distance to mall and good restaurants. Forest trail right behind the hotel and golf course is just across . Staff is very courteous and welcoming. Rooms are big and clean. I was told by the staff that this hotel is under new management and going through lots of upgradation.

Best location  and very courteous staff

I was not expecting as much as I got. The rates are very reasonable and the quality of the rooms is better than the rating it gets. 

Joseph was really accommodation and very helpful. I will be going back.

Had a wonderful clean room big roomy  had handicap accessible room large bathroom.
Very tasteful decore.
Friendly service at check in and out.
Was reasonable price 150 with tax in prime time.

Located between McDonald's restaurants and Dairy Queen.
Walking distance to mall and hair salons etc.

They had a free breakfast and helpful staff very friendly room attendants.

Very good Hotel clean quite comfortable.

This hotel is clean and handy. The biggest drawback is the room are like a box and small Tv on stand and hard to see . Beds comfortable and front desk was excellent. There is ample parking and is flanked on either side by Mcdonalds and dairy queen.

Not bad for Price

We planned a couple of nights tent camping in Hinton but it was raining when we arrived so we decided to look for a room instead. This room had a good comfortable bed with good bedding a good sized fridge and microwave. The décor of the hotel is somewhat off putting however. The exterior probably seemed like a good idea in the 70’s but could do with an update. The room is a mixed bag. The furniture is standard hotel issue so no real problems there, but the artwork is twee and very dated and the curtains are horrible. The hotel has clearly had some upgrades including the bathroom and a few more would make the world of difference. Breakfast wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great either. A number of food/drink items were empty for some time before being replenished. It wasn’t a bad stay but next time in Hinton I’d look for a nicer room although this room was good value for money.

Average but Good Value

We found this hotel whilst looking for somewhere which allowed dogs. Which is limited in Hinton. Price was a little high but all the hotels in the area are pricey as it’s the last stop before/after the Rockies. The room whilst a little dated was clean and tidy and a reasonable size. We had 2 queens, tv, microwave and a fridge. Bathroom was a squeeze but it was clean. The breakfast room was small but the choice was good eggs, sausages, bacon and bread. Muffins and cereal tea and coffee. Nice staff eager to help and very accommodating.

Nice

We were unable to find lodging in Jasper and were able to book a room for 4 nights here.  The hotel rooms, lobby and breakfast nook were impeccably clean.  The outside needs some TLC. The staff was extra friendly. The breakfast was standard, good and plentiful.  It’s pet friendly for an additional fee.  I had minor respiratory issues from the deodorizer used in the room.  The rooms are spartan yet adequate w a microwave and mini fridge.  TV placed in an awkward location next to the bed.  The shower head was not very functional and should be replaced. 15 minute drive to park gates and 1 hour to Jasper.

Adequate Lodgings - Overall Pleased

rates changed up n down ...rooms were worn n dirty...had to go to office everyday to scan your key card or youd be locked out ...didnt matter that owner lives there n other employees you would be locked out till they opened...never no service had to go to office for everything...honeymoon room was cheaper than mine ..?   i was harrassed daily asking if i staying won moo nite...they dont offer you any type of long term deal...jus give you runnaround ...not a nice place....i do not recomend this place at all......
