STAY AWAY

Trying to cancel my reservation for a month from now. I called and they directed me to a section of their website that does not exist. Apparently, there is no other way to cancel a reservation. 
I called two separate times and spoke to a woman who was extremely rude and told me to shut up and do what she told me. Which I would gladly do if that section of your terrible website was there. 

No response the the numerous emails I have sent. 

I will be filing a fraud complaint with my credit card company should any charges appear. 

Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this scam operation.

I highly recommend the Motel 6 in Huntsville.

TRAVELER BEWARE

Booked online and was having problems with email being in the provincial park. Called the hotel to see if booking went through was told they did not have one and they were full. Booked another room and went on with my day. 7 days later I am charged 300 dollars for a room I did not stay in. When I contacted the hotel to look into the charges I was told ro shut up and he would not explain charges just that I wasted his time. I sent confirmation of my call history too show I called and was told there was no booking.  I find this guy to be shady he took my money and more then likely still Booked the room. Stay away 

Horrible

Clean, up to date, comfortable.  Family staff very friendly and accommodating.  My phone battery had died and I did not have my charger with me.  Owner installed a charger in my room and ensured that it was working. No extra charge on my billing.  Got back online and connected. Superb service.  I will revisit this hotel in a heart beat next time I am in the area.

Exceptional value for the price  point

Very comfortable beds, nicely renovated rooms, nice bathroom.
Somehow the towel count was short, only 1 in the room, we should have told them at the front desk as they thought we had taken them when we left. We certainly would never do that, we have more than enough at home and more to our taste. The owner was adamant that he and his wife do the rooms themselves and were sure they had supplied the room. I explained we are not liars and would never do that or even want them. He finally agreed not to charge us for them. Make sure you bring anything missing in the room to the front desk’s attention right away to avoid an issue like this . They are a small business and need to control their inventory also so I can understand their argument . We were there for a short time so it wasn’t a big deal to have the extra towel but in hind sight next time if we notice a shortage when checking in we will bring it to their attention right away.
Otherwise everything was good , good location for the purpose of our stay.

We were very disappointed the advertised breakfast on the booking site was not offered.  This should have been removed if they weren’t offering it. We booked this room because of this.

The Outside grounds needed a little refreshing up. Some fresh paint, etc.

A needed get away!!

...and we spread ourselves over several hotels, sticking with ones that we've tried before and enjoyed. This time was a bit different, as a huge snowstorm struck and we weren't able to enjoy Christmas shopping in downtown Huntsville; very disappointing. The hotel was NOT super accommodating, so when we re-schedule to next weekend, we'll choose another hotel altogether, and we won't be returning to this one. Very disappointing, as we'd been very happy with them in the past.

It's 2020--flexibility is sort of important.

We were only staying for the night as we came up to check on our cottage. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.Not to mention it being off season so the rates were cheap.With the location right in town for meals we were very happy.

Quick Visit to See Snow

Very affordable room. Clean with microwave and fridge. Hair blower. Shampoo and hand soap. Good location. Nice friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.  Free parking. Air conditioner. We will certainly stay here again.

Booked it for the location which was close to downtown. Rooms are bit smaller and I could hear the neighbours smoking outside the rooms. Could also hear the neighbours TV through the wall for most of the night.

Good location, small room

Clean, Clean and clean. Central to walking downtown Huntsville. Friendly and accommodating host Ashwin+ wife are central to our visits over our last 12 years. I would not stay anywhere else. Basic motel yet all you need. Comfy beds, mini bar and clean accommodation. Family owned and smiles provided.
