On July 21st, While in Innisfail I stopped by the hotels to see who had the best prices and accepted pets. This place has a big sign that says full week for 250.00 and accepts pets.
So I go in and get a quote and the guys name. things look good.

Called for 4 days straight 1.5 weeks before we showed up (Aug 17) Could not get that guy on the phone. (Just never lined up as he was away from the desk)
Finally got a hold of him on Aug 15th, had a quick chat and booked the room. All is good.

Get there Aug 17th and while at the desk to check in, the Owner has told staff that the quote was wrong and would not honor it. (Never took my number at booking so couldn't call me)
Apparently their rate went up to 381 a week (not terrible but sign is still up outside advertising 250/week) and also the rate increase and rule changes were a month or 2 ago. So before I got my quote, and I was still somehow "misquoted".

Willing to work on it with them as I'm currently homeless due to selling my house (reason I needed a hotel for the week). While going to review the room again, I reiterated for the 5th time through this process going back to July 21st, I have a dog. Guy on nights stops dead and says they don't accept pets. That's obviously a deal breaker and I'm done. 

Especially considering I heard a dog in a room. Addressed that and guy says that tenant has been there with the dog for 3 months. Apparently the evening guy I'm talking to has no way to contact the owner of the hotel who dictated these changes from the quote. And also can't call the guy who's off shift who quoted me.

Luckily the motel 6 2 blocks away was great and accommodating. Obviously a bit more expensive than my original quote but nicer rooms and waaay better service. Definitely getting what I pay for

Terrible business

We required accommodation for 3 nights in Innisfail and this motel hit it out of the park.  We had a ground floor room (#104) w/queen bed, AC/heater, small fridge for snacks, parking right outside the window, tv with loads of satellite channels and reliable wifi.  Coffee was in the common room each morning, but McDs, A&W, etc, were just a block away, grocery store a 100 meters away, and access to the highways were super easy.  The management and staff were excellent, additional clean towels and soaps were not a problem and they offer coin-operated laundry if needed.  All this and only $65/night with taxes!  Thank you Rod for your service & hospitality.

Excellent Location, Clean Room With Fridge & Microwave & First-Class Service

Fast check in, good Price,  comfortable bed, good sleep, big room
lots of amenities, still at motel, debating to stay more, fell in love
with clean room, good clean bathroom, Having Fresh coffee from
front now.

Very clean place, nice big rooms, changed carpets, painted the place,
Nice bathroom, ample room to move around. rented 4 rooms for party
in the office. all guests very happy, will be back soon. Friendly staff

Clean & reasonable price

This is a neat little hotel. I met the owners they are and elderly couple on their 70' maybe even 80's. I absolutely love the wife. She is an absolute sweetheart  now the husband he can be very kind and considerate but call 911 for anything and everything. The hotel is exceptional clean and the ice provided is in a fridge up at the front desk that has been hand made and place very neatly in resealable sandwich baggies very neatly stacked in the freezer. I did enjoy this hotel but they advertise the supply breakfast but I guess recently stopped servings it,I guess no one really showed up for it???I would recommend this hotel for a one night stay that would be about it.

Clean rooms & good price

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, good basic breakfast every morning.  Would definitely stay here again when working down here again.  The staff is very friendly and helpful.  Comfortable beds.  Good Place for a very reasonable price.

Good Hotel

This is a fairly good Motel for a working guy because rooms there can be rented by the week at reasonable rates good access to the highways in the area 
There's a fairly decent selection of restaurants nearby as well as two grocery stores which are fairly close within walking distance for 1 if not two minute drive

I was in room # 223 and room was clean and good comfortable bed. Wi-fi was good
and breakfast was coffee, tea, cereal, yogurt, apples, waffles, muffins (yummy),
toast, bage, cream cheese, How much can you eat

Clean friendly motel

Their service is excellent! Travel Inn & Suites staff are extremely helpful and skilled.The workmanship and  
quality is superb. They even repaired a  
little damage from a previous that I bought from them for free. I would highly recommend Travel Inn & Suites!!
