Linens on both beds were soiled - one with black and crumbs, the other with blood.
Battery hanging out from smoke detector - not attached
Red duct tape holding the A/C together.
Flashing off the eave hanging
TV did not work as the cables were missing
Moved rooms once for clean linens, but the second room was simply not clean.  Looks like cleaning foam was sprayed in the tub but never washed.  Dust everywhere and a empty popcan behind the nightstand.
Should have read the reviews before we stayed - it now makes sense why the parking lot was empty.

Keep driving and looking

Stayed there within the last couple weeks and had issues with cleanliness and rudeness. Pulled out the sofabed and it was covered in crumbs and random hairs and it was disgusting. Clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Also, had a run in with the owner (male) who was incredibly rude and confrontational. It is economic - but economic comes with a price of bad service and dirty rooms.

Single handedly the worst hotel / motel I have stayed at across Canada. The owners / managers are most definitely the hardest staff I have ever had to deal with. Swearing, threatening and making a complete fool of themselves. 

The most unpresentable disgusting room I have ever had to pay for in my life, and then when confronted about the condition and cleanliness of things you are kicked off the property. I will never let another person I know go in this building.

Horrible human beings.

So my husband is working a shutdown in Lloyd Minister.  I arrived at this motel and went to check in and the owner(male) says to me that the booking is for 2. I confirm that and he asks me where the second person is. I tell him my husband is still at work and will be arriving in a bit. He very rudely tells me he won’t check me in till my husband gets here cause he wants both our ID’s. I say to him “really?” And he replies “really!” So I’m like ok and went out to sit in my car and wait for my husband to show up. Next thing I know his wife comes out to my car and says, “can I help you?” I say, “ya, I’m waiting for my husband to get here so I can check in!” She starts to go off on me saying that they have the right to know everyone staying in their motel and if I don’t like their policy then I can leave! So I said fine! I will go somewhere else! Next thing I know, they have called the company I booked through and are trying to charge me for the room! They are rude and just scammers! Stay FAR away from this motel!

Can you go negative stars for this motel?

The evening stay are polite, quick efficiently on checking in guests. Happy to see the renovtions coming along. There is us good prices on a good night sleep with a nice  breakfast included. Will definitely be back. Best bed ever 5 out of 5 Star!!!

Very surprised in thi hotel. Nice beds, great healthy breakfast. Lots of channels with fast wifi. Great prices on rooms.

they only discount the returning guests. they treat employees like crap, they dont pay for what the hours they work for, they go through so many managers to hard to keep count, the owners do lie to people just to get them to work for them. and they over work their employees and dont care be prepared to the next managers that work there, the wife wont trust u with anything. . the front desk manager lies through his teeth. dont believe anything that come out of his mouth. the food there is old, they freeze the milk thats out dated, they also freeze the jam and makes the jam to hard to spread. (gross) the eggs are used for 3 days or more then they make fresh ones, basically nothing fresh there for breakfast.oh and they use a different name to post ads.

why stay here? DONT stay or work for them ever!!!!

I came here yesterday before midnight n the girl at front desk smelled like alcohol u could smell it when u walked in n u could really smell it when u got close to her but the room was clean n the bed was really comfortable

Got a bit of a discount as I asked for best price. I did shop around looking for best value. Room was clean, warm and had laminate floor. Bed was as comfortable as the lady at the front counter claimed. Beds had white duvets and 4 pillows each. Would stay here again next time we are through. A continental breakfast was included. They did pretty good with room renovations. Friendly counter staff. Bathroom had nice tile and modern sink but found it funny that they did all that work and left old tub in.

Good value for what you pay.

I have stayed here a couple times service is fast and friendly.  Place is clean the price was average and they also have a free breakfast. They open very early for breakfast so you can get a good start in the morning.

Where do I begin, first off we had to move rooms 3 times and the rooms only slightly got better. There were stains on the sheets, towels and pillows I slept in my clothes on top of the sheets. Someone urinated out side out room, people calling at all hours looking for someone else, the door knob was be jiggled all night ( barely slept ) did not feel safe at all and to boot woke up to cigarette ash all over the hood of our vehicle. 
 This is the worst place i have ever stayed and I will never go back I would rather sleep in my car than ever go there again. The only reason we stayed was they would not refund our money and had no choice.
