It was a very Special Day to be able to celebrate along with all our special friends Mike's 60th. Page Point Marina was so accommodating. The view, weather and serene atmosphere couldn't of been better Thank-you Page Point for the beautiful memories!

Celebrating a 60th Birthday Party

I couldn't imagine having stayed anywhere else for our first night in Canada.  The Inn keepers, Daniel and Diane are what REALLY make this place special!  We arrived at the Page Point Inn & Marina after a long day of travel from Raleigh NC.  The Inn is located just a short drive from the major highway along the east side of the island and was easily found.  The property itself is stunning and you can easily walk all about the marina which is very quite and quaint.  The Inn is a bit rustic due to prior management, but is undergoing much needed renovations currently (such as all new bedding ... we got to try out some spanking new sheets for our one night in town!!!)) as I write.  If you are passing through, do NOT MISS THE PAGE POINT INN!  Best bang for the buck on the island.  And if you are really lucky, you may even get a visit from my new buddy Norman the cat.  :)  We hope to see you again some day! -  Dana and David - Raleigh, NC

I frequent this place often and do believe it's under new management! I love it here! the rooms are clean and cosy, the marina is picturesque, and the grounds are lovely, all it needs is a restaurant that's open on a regular bases!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!! had a booking for 2 nights with booking.com. Arrived at 16.45 (check-in is btwn 3 and 5pm) but there was nobody there. All locked up, abandoned look about the place and a note on the window to call a number 'and we'll be with you in a minute'. So I call the number, get a message which tells me to leave a message at the end....but the message bank is full so cannot leave a message. Panic.....what do we do now? I've never been in this position before! We start ringing the bell madly and soon a Dutch gentleman appears. He tells me the exact same thing happened to him the night before. Apparently the owner has 'taken off' and not bothered about any reservations. The dutchman was let into the hotel by a long term guest...!!!
Anyway, I booked a motel in Ladysmith for the night, left a note on the door of Page Point Inn and contacted Booking.com to tell them what had happened. Very, very bad!! Page Point Inn better not charge my credit card!!!!

We had a lovely stay. Walked around the marina, enjoyed the views, the peace and quiet and fresh air. We were disappointed that the bistro is now closed but we picked up a frozen pizza at a nearby convenience store and cooked it to perfection on the shared barbecue. We had a yummy meal sitting outside looking at the gorgeous view.
