The hotel is very clean, the reception is warm, the personalized lunches are excellent, the little hics, the wifi is extremely low and the reception is not always on site.

Good hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet Lunch available and included. Although breakfast is between 06:00 and 08:00, the person who makes the hot meals arrives between 06:30 and 07:00. Cold lunch available at any time. Satellite TV available, with movie stations. Courtesy, tri-lingual staff: French, English and Innu. Located two steps from the airport

Travel to the North

I was in town on business, the community location is the most remote I've every visited and wasn't sure what to expect.  The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and well kept and have no complaints. The most interesting this about this location is that there were boot racks at the main entrance for guests to leave the boots. This was to prevent sand getting tacked through the building. I hope to be able to visit again.

Business adventure

Formidable welcome and very nice hotel!!!! I have travelled a lot and I still travel a lot as part of my work and I have visited a lot of hotels... It makes me go north like Schefferville to have such a warm welcome!!!! Mr. Benoit Day who was the one during my stay to know how to make me feel good and comfortable!!! He attaches great importance to the satisfaction of his customers and believe me he succeeded with brio!!!! Thank you very much and I highly recommend this hotel!!!!!

Nice reception and a very nice hotel!!!!!

I went to Schefferville for work and before I went there I heard a lot of bad feedback. I was pleasantly surprised by this new hotel, the staff is excellent and did a very good job of making the stay enjoyable. The hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and the furnishings are well maintained. Lunch is excellent, the beds are comfortable and the ice is warm. I really liked the little attention like the Power Pack available at the entrance to fly over the trucks, which proved to be very useful during my stay. Excellent service from the staff, I really enjoyed my stay.

pleasant surprise

I spent one night at this very clean and comfortable hotel. A very special thanks to Benoît Day for his warm welcome and the effort he makes to the details that make the difference between an OK stay and a very pleasant stay. I recommend this place to all travelers looking for a pleasant and carefree stay.

Comfort and hospitality

This hotel is in a community you can only get to by train or plane. I was there for work. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a nice hotel in a remote location. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff work very hard at this hotel as their numbers are limited. In saying that, they do an awesome job. Breakfast at the hotel was awesome! Schefferville is way off the beaten track, but if your travels ever take you there, this is the place you want to stay.
