An older "motel".Dated but clean with comfortable beds Courteous owner 
Stayed over a few days to take in a base ball tournament , newer / larger hotels all booked with early reservations Front rooms at motel were booked but I was able to get a room at the back . Not a bad choice for a quick stay over if purpose is for a place to sleep. In a quite district. Priced right .

Second visit. Good service. Clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Will return again. Good value for the price. Older decor. Could have used a gfi outlets in the bathroom to use the hair dryer in front of the mirror 

Clean comfortable 

It's convenient (minus them not answering the phones from time to time). Honestly, for the price, it's not a bad stay. The rooms have a mini-fridge and microwave, the beds are comfortable (we've stayed there twice). Looks like they've started some renovations (new curtains and bedspreads, but they're lacking final touches: the light fixtures are all very dark and inconvenient (one light is on the switch but it's VERY dim and so you need to turn on at least two more to have it at a decent light-level), they  need a couple more pillows on the beds (only gave us two which is odd for a motel), the bathrooms very much need a renovation with some decay on the tub and for some weird reason, they use mustard coloured towels (first time I've seen that in a hotel). But all in all, for a budget hotel, it's not that bad

It's Decent

We booked this motel because it was right along our route between Alberta and Ontario and had a 24 hour check in. We left Alberta after work on a Friday night and weren’t sure how long it would take to get there. It took a little while for a person to come check us in as we didn’t arrive until 1:45 am, but check in was quick and we had a comfortable sleep. For the price, would recommend if you’re just needing a place to sleep along a journey. 

Convenient stay for passing theough

Staying at the Melville country inn for a few nights was comfortable and it's a quiet place right off the highway in Melville.  If your passing through or working in the area it's a good railroaders room on a budget.  Wi-Fi works great and there is a pool table if you want to rack em up.  For a motel the beds are comfortable and you can get a good night's sleep.

The staff/owner are fantastic and very accommodating!! I stayed here for a week. I have a sensitive nose and was pleasantly surprised that it didn't stink of many things like I have experienced at other motels/hotels for the same price. The rooms are small but kinda cozy with fridge, microwave, a/c, coffee pot (I had my Keurig), TV etc. There is a family room with a pool table (little beat up but it was still fun to play), huge T.V. with couches/chairs, community kitchen with 3 stoves including an industrial hood fan over all of them, dishes, cookware, blender, etc., utensils but missing forks :(. The outside of the building has a breezeway so the sliding doors are a bit of a pain but your protected from the outside elements and never heard traffic. Rooms were quiet, good beds and bedding, towels are outdated and a few other things too but overall I would come back here and definitely I recommend to others.

A Gem and great value!!

If you're coming to a motel to expect 5 star treatment you're kidding yourself, which a number of the reviews appear to be. I got this room on a great online deal. They stay open late and the manager lives on site to deal with late check ins. I have had no problems in the past with changing my booking on short notice. The rooms are comfortable and decently furnished. If you like to cook for yourself there is a huge kitchen.

The small issues, they need an ice machine, the soaps and shampoo are if poor quality so i bring my own. The headboard on the bed can be loose and bangs on the wall. But I'm picking at hairs.
