We spent one night here on our East/Atlantic Canada trip in October 2021. A typical road-side motel in the small town centre of Middleton; friendly reception, spacious clean rooms and bathroom each with the necessary downsides. Breakfast was offered in a standing/seat capacity in the attached store, very limited choice for breakfast. WLAN free.

Good price-performance ratio

I was scheduled for early morning day surgery at the hospital across the road. Decided to stay here the night before to simplify travel.  Great rates, pleasant staff and easy check-in/check-out.  Enjoyed the included breakfast.  Rooms are small but have everything you need.  Very comfortable bed, Looks like the bathrooms have been recently updated.  TV\Cable worked well.  Quiet location.  Room was very clean which is greatly appreciated.  My wife & I would both recommend this motel.

Great Place

Typical of many motels, dated but ok for an over night rest stop.  You check in through the small convenience store attached and the staff were very pleasant.  The room was small, dated but clean ( as possible with public carpet ) The bathroom also small but plenty of hot water, small bar fridge and cable tv.  All good for a late evening check in and quiet area made a decent nights rest. 
Morning there are lots of snacks provided in the store for a good start.  Coffee, hot chocolate, toast,  muffins, etc. 
We felt it was decent value.

Decent Value

The carpet was filthy and the bathroom definitely had not been cleaned! There was still toothpaste in the sink! The bathroom floor was filthy and had not been washed in some time by the look of it.  The only reason we stayed our two nights was because the rest of my husband's dart team was staying there. NEVER, EVER stay here! FILTHY!!

Very Dirty!!

Well.... looked on trip advisor before booking and decided based on the reviews that we’d choose the Middleton motel. Got confused in the searching and Accidentally called the wrong number and booked fundy spray ! Clued in after but it was too late to change it. 

This place was sooo bad ! Right from the second we walked into the room and took  off our shoes.... you could feel the dirt on the carpet. 
It’s a tiny room with two 3/4 beds crammed in. The bed was comfy just no room.
The tub had pubic hair in it ! The sink had shaving hair pieces. We ran the shower on hot to try and disinfect it as best we could. The corners of the room and against the furniture there were cob webs with spiders. The window ledge.... yup you guessed it ... dead bugs.... 
Between the furniture there is more dirt , clearly hasn’t been vacuumed in a long while...but you’d expect the main floor area to be vacuumed !!! FYI: carpets are nasty ! 
Decor.....two 5x7 light house pictures! Not too exciting but on the plus side not much room for dust and bugs to lay on top !

Checked in, and no sooner checked out! Room was discusting, sheets on the bed were stained up and not changed, dishes were dirty, hair on the bed and pillows, food and crumbs in the cutterly drawer, shall I say more ? Pictures do no justice!! Highly suggest not staying.

Worst stay ever

The room and beds were clean, if a little dated. Bathroom on the small side and the air conditioner, although working was loud enough to wake the dead! Ended up on 30 C night with it turned off, so a very hot unpleasant night.

Clean room, noisiest air conditioner on the planet!

Nothing fancy, clean and very quiet to enjoy a great night to rest and relax. Easy to find and convenient store at the entrance with all your necessaties to accommodate you. Very reasonable prices and comfortable.

Quiet overnight stay

Our room was very simple. Check-in was required in the small shop next door. The young girls showed little interest in checking-in and checking-out. Breakfast is served in a back corner of the shop. There are 3 dirty stools, a shelf forming the breakfast table. There is a can of coffee, a glass of marmalade, peanut butter and a pot of margarine, stuffed with toast crumbs.

Very simple.

Room was blasting the A.C. when we arrived at 8pm but warmed up cast when we turned to the heat.

Inside of the shower curtain was disgusting, I told management they need a new one in room 17.

Breakfast is cereal boxes, toast, coffee and muffins. Very bready, very basic.
