An A++ from two retired teachers... We've stayed here three times now while visiting friends in the area and each visit has been wonderful! The hosts Denise and Jean-Pierre have gone above and beyond to ensure their guests' comfort and enjoyment. Our room and bathroom were spotless and included everything we could possibly need (even a private patio and a sewing kit).  Breakfasts are incredible - delicious "custom" works of art served in a lovely dining room that overlooks a pond and vineyard.  Perhaps the highlight of this gite is the warm and sincere welcome from Jean-Pierre and Denise who make you feel at home and anxious to come again.  We highly recommend this delightful spot and look forward to our next stay.

What's better than EXCEPTIONAL??????????

We stayed at Cote St-Hermas for 7 nights while visiting the area. We are so happy that we chose this great location. Denise and Jean-Pierre are such wonderful hosts. We felt at home in this beautiful Bed and Breakfast. We were happy with the comfortable rooms and great country breakfasts. Be sure to sample the house wines! You won't regret it!

Beautiful location and wonderful hosts

Denise and Jean-Pierre obviously love what they are doing, and are justly proud of the excellent service they offer their guests.  The spacious rooms are well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.  No ordinary mints on the pillow here -- homemade fudge instead!  Breakfast (guests order the night before) is absolutely fabulous, with Denise's "little surprises" as a special added touch.

Oh yes...they also make some pretty good wine!

Outstanding attention to detail!

Jean-Pierre and Denise were wonderful hosts during our visit to Cote St-Hermas and their b&b was both spacious and cozy with a beautiful view of the little pond out back to take in while we tried their delicious wines. Denise made an excellent several course breakfast and every aspect of our stay was lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at their b&b anytime of the year. 

Beautiful countryside retreat

I recently stayed with Jean Pierre and Denise at Cote St-Hermas with some friends. We had reservations at Cabane a Sucre Au Pied de Cochon for dinner, which is about 8 miles from the b&b. 

This is a beautiful place to stay, and the hosts are incredibly welcoming and kind. Perhaps the best part though was breakfast, made by Denise. It was beautiful and included an arranged fruit plate, the choice of eggs, omelette, french toast, or crepe pancakes (served with local maple syrup), a croissant, cheese platter, and profiteroles. It was a beautiful meal overlooking a cold late winter morning.

A Cozy Winery near Au Pied de Cochon

We stayed here a year ago and purchased some of their wines. Tonight we are enjoying them and wow, what a great memory... wines are good, memories better.. Thank you for this! We do wish that we had organized our time so that we could have enjoyed this region of Quebec for a longer sta.
