We recently camped here and found our site ready for use with both garbage and recycle bins.  
  Andrew was friendly and attentive to our needs upon arrival and the girl at the water park so very helpful and friendly (sorry forget her name).
The falls are such a great attraction and there's absolutely beautiful trails off the camp ground you should explore.
There is some construction equipment and debris going on but  am sure it's only to improve and maintain on going issues within the bush.
  We enjoyed our stay for this weekend and will be back.   Thank you!     

We loved it!

I give this campground a 0 if I could. Avoid this place at all costs. The management is terrible. We were up all night because of a site partying and nothing was done. Apparently quiet hours start at 10 but these people had loud vulgar music and were non stop yelling and swearing. We complained to management as we had to leave, it was completely unacceptable to put our kids through another night of that. 
We paid for electricity, there was no electricity and they said it would not be fixed until after we left. 
The site was called “waterfront” it was literally a mud pit. 
The “owner” and his son refused to reimburse us when we had to leave but said they would fine they party-goers. So then we are out money but the camp ground pockets money? 
This place is so awful!! Avoid this place like the plague

Really not a great experience, was not what was advertised, no pump out station unless you have portable pump out, after we were told we could. “water park” is run down and a lot of broken things on shore..even guest have to pay for the beach. Dog poop on the beach, our lot didn’t have hydro it had to be ran from another site..had to take children off site to use a proper clean beach. very unorganized. Not once did we see Owner to speak to or ask how things were.

Worst customer service ever!!!  Don’t go. We paid $800 for 2 beachfront site this long weekend. The campground is in such bad state of repair. We didn’t even check in. We left and they won’t refund our $800. Be warned beachfront is not actually beachfront, they lie. When leaving they had several golf carts enclose around my husbands van. He had to get out and yell at them to move away so he could leave. Be warned!!

Awful 

We took our  RV there last year stayed 5 days on the River.We had an amazing time Brian the owner was great to help with anything needed .One day we spent on the beach with paddle boats had a picnic and swam were able to paddle right up to the falls.The walking trails were great to see the other falls there as well. Staff was great recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay

Disgusting and severely rundown.  Not at all as advertised.  Site indicated power and it was at least 100 ft away. It said beachfront but that was blocked by a ton of trees and couldn't even see the water.   Beautiful beachfront but that is the only thing going for this place.  The clutch was the bathroom...if you want to catch tetanus it felt like this was the place to stay.  We refused to stay and were taking pictures for our bank claim and were promptly escorted off the property and followed out despite not making any noise or even raising our voices to staff.  Staff even started calling us names and false accusations that I said my wife was a bitch..wow..I would highly recommend against even looking at this place.  Other camps in the area are 2/3 the cost with clean sites and facilities and actually  include amenities.

Avoid like the plague

My family and I had a lovely time at the campground. We were able to stay at a waterfront site, it was gorgeous. We were on a nice sandy beach right off our site. Sites are also well treed, good sizes, relatively private and the view if the waterfalls are stunning.

Staff went out if their way to help us settle in and be comfortable. Trail to the waterfall is great fun, with beautiful muskoka rocks and landscape.
It’s true the washrooms are portable outhouses, but really no different from one’s at an ontario park  in function.

We had a lovely visit and will be back.

Nice weekend

Had the best camping experience here! It’s not just a normal campsite. Bc u  can do a lot of things here like, trail, water sports, bonfire etc. If you want a real camping experience and not “pretend “ camping u should definitely book a spot here!!! 

The staff and the owner are very accommodating and very nice as well. 

Just follow the rules and you wont have problem and the over all experience i’d say The BeSt!!!

High falls bay

10+years of camping. Very unorganized, our site kept getting moved and when we got there, did not even fit our trailer requirements. Poor management. Had to leave a $300 hold for a campground stay which was a first for us. Washrooms for tent campers dirty (outhouse with flush toilet), showers dirty with spiders on the walls. Friends who stayed in cottages and coach house also found the place outdated, run down and had seen rat droppings and also low water pressure. There is no individual fire pit in cottages but a community pit. Campground fire pits are shared. The only positive was the view of the falls and enjoying time in the water. Not for campers who enjoy organized camping with spaces out campsites.

Worst camping stay

Very scary people for your families shack please stay away. Look up there court cases and charges. They will steal and damage your stuff. Threaten your children. Over charge your credit card. It's run by a very large number of family members that live in the back woods
