Very well appointed suites with fabulous Okanagan Lake Views. Easy access to KVR trail, and very quiet location. Eagles fly at eye level and vineyards below create a very relaxing setting. This is our second stay there, and we will be back again.

Spectacular View

Enjoy the magnificent Okanagan Lake and the benchland vineyards from your  sunny patio or deck at the Singing Marmot.  The setting is incredibly peaceful.    Lovely 1 bedroom fully equipped suite, immaculately clean, and beautifully landscaped property. Excellent access to cycle or hike the Kettle Valley trail as the property backs directly onto the trail.  Highly recommend cycle the KVR  to Penticton and down the west side of Skaha lake to OK falls and back.   Enjoy the many excellent restaurants in the area.  We had first class meals at Poplar Grove, Mission Hill,  Hillside winery and The Kitchen at da Silva winery.  We definitely hope to return to the Singing Marmot.

Outstanding Naramata guest suite with dramatic views over Okanagan Lake and  doorstep access to the Kettle Valley Trail.

We stayed in the beautiful Sky Suite. A gorgeous view, fantastic hosts and a generous and tasty breakfast. Sparkling clean and very comfortable bed. Biking and hiking trails at your back door. No stove, but microwave, large toaster oven, barbeque, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Lots of dishes and utensils, so making meals was easy. Definitely recommended.

Can't wait to return

We had the most wonderful three nights at Singing Marmot with Steve and Susan. The view from either suite is absolutely stunning of the Naramatta Bench and vinyards. Felt like France!

The rooms was spotlessly clean and has everything you could need in a suite. The bed is really comfortable and the whole upstairs suite was very spacious. The choices for breakfast were perfect for us. We could plug in to the Tesla charger at Singing Marmot and jump on the Kettle Valley Railway trail behind the small vinyard Sue and Steve have started.

The grounds are lovely and lots of wildlife. The view from the hot tub was beautiful.

We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you, Steve and Sue.

Amazing

Steve and Sue are super hosts! The suit was immaculate and super comfortable. The suite had everything you would need to be at home. Very friendly hosts provided bikes to go along the kettle valley railway trail directly behind the suite. 5 stars! We will be back again and again for the amazing views and comfort that this spot provides.

Honeymooners staying at the Singing Marmot suite.

We stayed for 3 nights in the lower level Singing Marmot Suite and cannot recommend it highly enough.  The suite is sparkling clean, well-equipped and with many extras such as a grab and go picnic basket.  The view is unparalleled - right up and down the Okanagan Lake Valley - with vineyards and agricultural views in the foreground.  The KVR is at the back property line and provides a delightful venue for an evening walk (or a big bike ride!).  Susan and Steve, the hosts, are a lovely couple who are passionate about their property while enjoying meeting their guests - nothing was too big or too small to provide to enhance our experience.  In all respects this is excellent accommodation on the very lovely Naramata Bench.

Big View, Wonderful Hosts, Delightful Suite

We were travelling with friends so we were able to see both suites.  Both of the units are lovely, well equipped and very comfortable.  The units are well taken care of, very clean and have everything you could think of in them.  Couldn't ask for a better view, simply stunning!  Sitting out on the deck overlooking vineyards and the sweeping view of Okanagan Lake, sipping a glass of wine and having some appetizers, doesn't get much better than that!  The KVR trail backs onto their property which made it very easy for a morning walk or bike ride. 

Steve, who is a wonderful host, provided us with some great restaurant and winery recommendations.  There are so many to go to.  We will have to go back to revisit some and see others that we didn't get to. 

Just remember that if you need anything, ask the owners.  They are more than happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Definitely a Place to Go Back To

Fantastic views, spacious, well-appointed suite and wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this place. Enjoyed the homemade muffins and fresh pressed apple juice. The KVR trail is just steps away which was perfect for us. 

Perfect Getaway!

Spent 4 nights enjoying the comfortable and spacious suite with a beautiful view of the lake and vineyards from the “Sky Suite.” Breakfast is provided but is simple (not the full-on hot breakfast associated with B&B’s) but one could easily adapt. Hosts Susan & Steve are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely retreat

Absolutely perfect. As much as I’d like to keep this gem a secret that would be doing a disservice to the owners. Beautiful B&B with stunning views. One of the best stocked places we’ve stayed. Lovely owners, privacy, views to die for. Just book it.
