Close to the Canada One outlet, but not walkable to the Falls
Spacious room with mini fridge/freezer and microwave. Beds were comfortable
Overall very clean
Staff were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. On Site staff were nice and attentive. Customer service on the phone is also top notch, patient and willing to explain in detail.
Water park was excellent for younger kids and the water is warm too.

The hallway carpets, well lit, lots of pillows and towels, rooms were well soundproofed compared to other hotels
What was bad
The mattresses were absolutely awful, lumpy, hard, and bouncy, lost so much sleep and was in so much pain in the morning. My partner chose to sleep on the floor and then woke in a puddle when the fridge died and defrosted.
Not accessible to children, there were no stools available so they could reach the sink or soap dispensers.
