What a shame

The worst place I never seen... when I walk in the room everything was dirty, there was stain on the linen, stain on the sofa and I can see across the door

Chep place, cheap guy that doesn't want to refun me

NEVER GO THERE UT IS DIRTY, you can go anywhere else, pay a little more money and get quietness

Horrible

I don't recommend, there was plenty of water flowing from the ceiling in our room and there were dead beets in the shower, we didn't sleep at night because of the goats falling to the ground, instead of picking up the laundry they gave us towels to wipe his self and seeing that he didn't have any other room free until the next day we had to keep the same room.

unhealthy room

Check in was good, all as requested, great price, convenient location, good TV with dozens of channels, wifi worked.  Quirky but fine decor (random themed Bedspreads, shower curtain, but amusing)  Really cold fridge, clean, no odors, would stay again

I can imagine that the extreme friendly behavior of the owners makes people not making an objective review.

Terrible room and nice owners

My husband and I decided to take a little trip to Niagara Falls,Canada.  He found this little place called Sunrise inn
1. it smelled
2. the photos had to be 30 years old 3. it felt unsafe the lock on the door was flimsy lots of noise     
4. a spider in the tub a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. 
 I walked out and found another place to stay. 
 When walked in the balcony door was opened.  I believe to air out the awful smell.
I walked out sat in the vehicle and another place to stay
I gave 1 because there wasn't a -2

Dissatisfied and disgusted

Awful

If you are a foodie you will LOVE the selection of restaurants right outside the door, Perfect location. Only a 25 minute walk to the falls and Clifton hill or a 10 minute drive.
The room was clean, And the A.C worked great. 
The staff was so friendly and check in was smooth! No complaints about this place, I’d come back and I’d recommend!

I’d recommend..

I can remember this place from past adventures in Niagara Falls but just never stayed there. Today with money hard earned you can’t afford to pay lots of $$ and get nothing.Well shock me this place is really nice newer owners here witch we’re on site working hard making sure everything is just right,no undesirable’s as Iam sure you no I mean,The location is perfect just far enough from down town casino’s and the night life district and big plus the entire street out front world renowned Lundy’s Lane take walk or just eat,Iam giving this place 5 star for the huge effort the Sunrise Inn staff put in to make your say just right take note of I cannot believe there is real cable in the rooms unbelievable history,discovery,cnn, etc beds and washrooms right down to breakfast here I have no negative comments

Clean And Respectful Place

It was a great stay at Sunrise inn.It was just perfect for people without car and other transport.Bus , Uber and taxi are just outside gate of motel.My stay was just as first visit on way from Buffalo. Find convenient to stay without my car and almost all popular joints pizza Hut, Mac D, Burger King, Starbucks, and many more are walking distance. .

“ Very clean & helpful front desk that’s family operated. Accessible to everything. Location is perfect. Breakfast is simple but good and the WEGO bus stop outside the motel - which takes you to the Casino in approx 15 mins max. WiFi was high speed. It was really great staying at the motel. Clifton hill is approx 17 mins walk & the Niagara Falls is approx 12 minutes from Clifton hill. Loads of fast food & restaurants around the vicinity of the inn. Definitely a place to stay.”

Chillax break 

I just spent two nights there. For the price paid (103 dollars a night with breakfast included) you can't expect much. We didn't have breakfast at the motel, so I can't talk about it. But to see the place, you shouldn't expect much. I chose this motel for its very convenient location: barely 30 minutes walk to the falls and 25 minutes to the famous Clifton Hills where the atmosphere is great (manuals, activities, bars, shops no more) There are several restaurants around the motel, Burger King, Mc Donald, Red Lobster, pizzeria etc. So there would be a pain locker just in the beginning of a motel and kids' bathroom.
