21 bucks to see family that is staying there, is nothing more than a cash grab, not like anything was used, in fact not sure what's even there to use as guests and couldn't care either way. Amazingly stupid to charge guests like that.

Outrageous

There were pros and cons to this campground. We had reservations for 5 days, but were able to add a day to the beginning of our stay with no difficulty.  We were well aware of the need to pay cash, we were prepared for that.  
We were greeted by a very young barely 14 year old young man.  We were sent to a site that wouldn't even fit our 13 foot camper, and only had a 110 plug. Spaces are small and very poorly marked.  The young man did his best to help find us a site, and after 3 sites that were not well identifiable, we set up.  Within an hour, he was back telling us that we owed an additional fee per day as our reservation was not for 30 amp service.  Rather than argue since we were set up and the internet was so poor I could not pull up my original reservation, we paid the additional fee.
Bathrooms were cleaned daily, but were in need of work. Poor water pressure.  There was a washer and dryer, coin operated.  I lost 3 dollars in the washer, but when advised of this, the owner made no effort to reimburse me.
 WiFi is spotty, and is not free.  The charge is $2 per device per 24 hours, and any service is extremely poor.
The grounds are pretty, but again need work.  A large tree that had been trimmed and was obviously dead came down within 5 feet of a tent and broke a table.  Nothing was done during the 4 days we were there after to remove it.  Lots of flying insects. 
 We did not utilize the pool. There is a nice little putt putt. The drive along the Niagara Parkway is absolutely beautiful. 

Vacation time

Nice campground close enough to Niagara Falls without being in the tourist hustle and bustle. Easy on and off the QEW. Views of the river are fabulous and love that the Parkway trail goes right past. The on-site picnic tables are in great shape and nice fire pits. Washrooms are clean and well-maintained. Quiet and friendly fellow campers. We were there with a group of 3 trailers and were able to get sites all together, which was perfect. The sites were quite tight so would have been less desirable if we didn’t know the people in the adjacent sites. Same with getting in and out of the sites. Having to pay with etransfer is a bit of a nuisance. But we enjoyed our stay and would definitely camp here again!

Lovely quiet campground, relaxing spot close to everything

We have stayed at the campground portion of this park when we owned our RV. Staying 3 nights at the motel part provided a very clean comfortable basic experience reminding us of our childhood growing up in the 1960s. It was a refreshing breather from daily hectic life.  A large outdoor pool cooled us down from the high temperatures and the miniature golf was a nice evening adventure. The 18 hole course is minimal cost, but it needs some maintenance work. Located on the Niagara Parkway on the Niagara River provided great scenery. The park is just inside the border of Niagara Falls Ontario coming from Fort Erie. A great location to access Fort Erie/PeaceBridge and Niagara Falls entertainment. 

A Trip Back to a More Basic Time....

Terrible customer service.
Beware of the old switch-a-roo
We booked 4 sites for a total of 9 family members (all over 50) for 10 days, 4 months in advance, @$2400 total cost. I called 4 days ahead of our arrival and were given 4 site numbers that were together, which we felt we could arrange ourselves to our liking.
Very happy so far, right?.
Upon arrival, we were give 3 of the 4 sites originally assigned, the 4th, (currently vacant site) assigned to the 3 seniors in our group, were moved to a muddy site halfway across the campground, down a hill, behind the washroom building. The nice young lady at the desk remembered our conversation and apologized. We asked for the manager. Soon after, the manager showed up and gave us some bulls#it story about having to rearrange booking due a storm that occurred a week earlier. She refused to accommodate, alls we were asked was to have our sites as previously assigned. .
Not a pleasant experience, completely ruining a much anticipated post-covid family reunion.

Post-stay review. 

Positives.... Most sites were adequate, reasonable sized, level, grassy and somewhat shaded, a few were a muddy mess, but they seem to be working on it. Pool was nice. Washrooms clean. Sites were diligently checked and mowed as they were vacated. The young staff were friendly and helpful. Nice area for biking or walking along the river.

The not-so-positives.... Water pressure on sites were very low, we had to fill our fresh tank and use the pump to get consistent water pressure, washroom water pressure was also very low, showers were at times little more than a dribble. Power was inconsistent, my bulldog monitor was constantly showing an alarm, it never showed more than 117 volts and went as low as 107. Water lines on some sites had been dug up and not refilled, leaving large dangerous holes (we placed a picnic table over it after one of the seniors about fell into it). The dump station if right out side the washroom door, can get pretty ripe in the area. Oh ya, the manager/owner....we'll just leave that one alone.
In the end, we tried to make the best of our reunion/vacation, cut it a day short, never to return.

Disappointed

The only reason I am giving this campground one star, is due to the awful customer service approach from one of the ladies assisting at the office.

They do have two ladies assisting customers in the office. I am not sure if they are owners or employees.

A young lady called Sasha, was very helpful, kind and well spoken. The other lady, called Ana, is so bad mannered, she should never be dealing with customers whatsoever. Horrible attitude, talks to you almost shouting and giving you orders. absolutely ruined my stay.
I witnessed 3 incidents in less than 24 hours. First tried to ask her a question and when I oppened the office door, told me to wait outside. After waiting, I thought to open the door and wait inside the office, and she said almost shouted" I told you to wait outside."
 She was trying to enforce my son to wear a mask while he was on his own and outdoors (that is not what ontario law stipulates)
Last incident is when my husband went to pay for the wood right before leaving the camp. Since we had a storm the night before and it was a challenge packing everything wet, he let her know we need a few extra 15 minutes at checkout time, to finish loading the van, (11 a.m. is checkout time required by the camp). She reacted horribly stating " if you stay an extra one minute I will charge the whole day". No care, no flexibility at all. 
As my husband stated " I have stayed in five star hotels and they never have an issue or lack of flexibility like this camp. How do you expect us to come back if you act like this ". 
After his response, she tried to fix it by not charging the minigolf fee we owed. My husband explained,we do not want free. But at least the minimum flexibility.
Other than these issues, the campground is decent and clean. Has a nice pool (not heated, but not extremely cold). Washrooms are clean, but customer service needs better employees. Definitely not going back to this camp just because of the way we were treated.

Good and clean camping site but horrible customer service

Small, well maintained, great attendance from owner, unparalleled location near the falls and right at the Niagara River and the Niagara Parkway. For sport enthusiast, kayaking, cycling, running or walking and, even fishing, there's no better location

Best Location in Niagara.

We spent one night at the campgrounds in our small RV. The first site did not have the 30 amp service I had requested and it was not level so we were given a different site, with an additional charge of course...we could not use the fire pit because it was behind our camper and we would have been basically sitting on our neighbours site....the showers are a joke, no water pressure with dollar store curtains...no hooks for towels etc.... this is a great location for visiting the area but really could use some fixing up! The price is high for what you get.

Just okay for passing through

We camped in a tent here for 3 nights as a family of 4. This was mostly our cool down and sleep place as we discovered Niagara Falls and the region during the day. The sites are all grass which meant that the kids did not get filthy from just being around! They loved the playground, which was definitely outdated but still fun for them. Each evening we walked over to the riverside bench and watched the fish jumping out of the Niagara River. If the kids were older, we could have brought bikes and rode the greenway which is flat and goes for miles and miles along the Niagara River. The bath house was very clean and well-maintained. They also have laundry facilities which we did not need. This was overall very peaceful and I highly recommend!

Fantastic Gem Just Minutes from the Falls

Just spent 4 days at the Campground. It's about a 15 minute drive to the falls. Nice and quiet, farms on either side and behind. We had horses in the field behind us each day :) 

It’s on the Niagara Parkway with the river across the street, so there is a great bike/walking trail along the river. It's about a 9 mile flat ride to the falls and there are plenty of bike racks once you are there. 

There is a pool (was clean and refreshing), but literally TWO pool chairs, so bring your own chair if you want to hang out up there. 

We had a fairly level pull through site with water/electric/sewer hookups. There are a lot of tent sites available too. There is wifi for $2 per device, per day, but we were warned that the signal isn't too strong, so we didn't buy it. Each site has a fire pit and picnic table. Wood is available for $10 (CAN) for a small wheelbarrow load. The camp store has some ice cream and soda, and not much else. They do not sell stamps :( 

Only big complaints were that it was buggy and water pressure was low. Lots of people brought netted picnic tents so they could enjoy the outside. We didn't have one, so we just ate in the RV. 

We took uber to and from Niagara the first day for $50 total (CAN). On the second day we realized you can drive to parking area C and park for $10, then get a free bus pass into the main tourist area if you don't already have one (The Adventure pass includes the bus for 48 hours). We arrived before 9:30 am got free parking because there was no attendant 🤷‍♀️ plenty of parking there for RVs, even on the weekend.

Not related to this campground, but if you plan to do the main touristy stuff in Niagara, just get the adventure pass ($65 CAN, about $49 US) and then park in Lot C or B. You can then take the air conditioned Green Line on the We-Go bus and do the Hornblower, Journey Behind the Falls, River Walk, and Niagara's Fury attractions. This includes anywhere around town for 48 hours. It's a fabulous transport system! 

There are definitely closer places to stay in Niagara, but we really liked this one because it was off the beaten path and not as busy as downtown. It was also much cheaper than a lot of the places that were a bit closer.
