We booked this property, but did not stay in it. The place was extremely run down, stinky, dirty and loud. The property manager was rude and the pool and hot tub were not open. The property was not at all like the pictures. It looked like a slum accommodation which was extremely surprising considering there were many others on the same street that were amazing. There were no cars parked there, which told me that no one else wanted to stay there either. I don't know how this place is still open?! Horrible.

The worst!

I am currently staying at this dump and I can’t sleep because I’m grossed out beyond! We have no other choice as everything is occupied! $200 plus tax for the dirtiest, the most disgusting, old crap I’ve ever seen. I didn’t think a place could run like this in 2020. The dude that runs it super unfriendly, no affect, creepy guy. We had to get them to clean our toilet because it was so dirty. Don’t ever come here, and book ahead of time at a better place.  That’s where we went wrong and had no choice! I’ve never written a review before but I’m so appalled.

Terrible!!!! Falcon Resort Osoyoos, BC

Just stayed there from September 8-11 when we got there the owner said she couldn't find our booking but we could rent a suite in the fiesta ( her other hotel for twice the price since the Falcon was fully booked) I said no we have a confirmation and we aren't paying more ; booking was quickly found!! The hotel was almost empty, the tv didn't work at all and the room was very dingy ( that's why people are forced to sit outside on 60 year old diner chairs) never again will I stay at this place !! 

Not good!!

This place is disgusting!!! The owner was rude right off the hop! Acted annoyed that we were even there.. we asked for an extra pillow.. she rolled her eyes and said she would bring it.. it never came. It was late so we went right to bed.. in the morning we noticed red stains on our sheets.. when we brought them to the front desk the owner told us it was paint! They use there sheets as drop cloths on the floor and then on the beds!! She refused to do anything to accommodate us or offer even an apology! What a dump!

Do not stay here!!!

Stayed for one night as stop over on a return trip from US. Turned up to guests sitting outside rooms in the parking lot, drinking, playing music and partying. Had to ring a buzzer to gain access to the office to check in or talk to manager. Very unwelcoming. Rooms were very dated and not clean. Had leftover wine in the fridge from previous guests. Swimming pool had lots of stuff floating on it. Paid nearly $200 CAD for one night! Total rip off. I would never stay here again and would strongly encourage others not to!

Low budget accommodation at a high price.

Nothing special about this place - only staying overnight to break up a drive. Wouldn't stay longer. Fridge in room, bit nothing else, no coffee. Plenary of parking and a pool outside, but closed now.

Average drip motel on a small beach

We booked a couple of months ahead of time and arrived pretty much after the summer season.  We asked for a room with 2 beds and got a decent price for Osoyoos.  The best part was that the second bed was in it's own room and we had a kitchenette stocked with pretty much everything you need (note:  no coffeemaker or microwave.)  We hadn't asked for a kitchenette so that was pretty cool for the price we paid.
