I stayed 3 nights with Vaunda & Martin and loved them and this place.   My room was extremely clean and comfortable, Vaunda prepared a delicious breakfast each day, and they were both so welcoming and helpful.  The location was perfect, not too remote, close to restaurants and it was easy to find my way around the island.  I wish it was possible to have stayed longer, if I visit PEI again this will definitely be the first place I book.  I can't recommend this B&B highly enough!

Wonderful place to stay!

Vaunda welcomed us at the door by name.  That kind of welcome carried through our stay.

The Northside is located in the country so it is nice and quiet at night.  Then you get up to  a fantastic breakfast.  Freshly baked muffins, pancakes or french toast with real maple syrup or homemade blueberry sauce.  That is just the beginning.  You will not start your day hungry.

Our room was very neat and quiet enough that we did not hear the other guests.  It was nice to look out our window onto the green fields of PEI.

You can go wrong staying at the Northside.

At Home Away From Home

We had a lovely time with Vaunda and Martin. We arrived late in the evening and had been driving all day. We were to head to Charlottetown for dinner but instead were offered a delicious snack straight from the garden. With full tummies and warm beds we had a relaxing evening. Our private bathroom hosted a shower and clean towels for us in the morning. The breakfast was delicious with homemade strawberry muffins, pancakes, coffee, eggs and fresh fruit.
We chatted over breakfast for almost 2 hours, departing at check out time; 1030. Lovely and inviting home and hosts.

Cozy and hospitibile stay

We stayed five nights with Vaunda and Martin and enjoyed our time here immensely. The rooms were comfortable, immaculately clean,  quiet, and very well-appointed. 

Vaunda and Martin are fabulous and accommodating hosts. They served terrific breakfast each morning and were always helpful with suggestions and recommendations for our time on the island. We enjoyed the conversation each morning with them very much. 

If you are looking for a centrally located hub for your stay in PEI, we would strongly recommend staying here. The location and the people are second-to-none!

Outstanding all-around

Vonda and Martin are excellent hosts.  They really go out of their way to make their guests feel at home.  The property is located just minutes from Brackley Beach and about 20 minutes to the waterfront in Charlottetown.  The rooms are on the small side but the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spotless.  The breakfast provided is extraordinary with lots of fresh fruit and many homemade items.  We highly recommend this B&B and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Bed and Excellent Breakfast

Vonda and Martin were so kind. The price was very reasonable. The room was super clean and the bed so comfortable. The Wi-Fi works fantastic and our private bathroom had been recently remodeled.
They don't have many rooms so it's a good idea to make a reservation. 
They even let us park our motorcycle in the garage which was wonderful as we had a little rain.
A tiny little place where you will feel right at home. 


Wonderful hosts

The B&B's highlight is its perfect location (near national parks for example) which allows you to visit the vast majority of the island's attractions and beauty while staying in the same B&B.

Very good B&B conveniently located

A friendly, discreet and respectful host. The lunches were excellent, both well-built and healthy. The rental is ideal for visiting the entire island without having to change accommodation.
