We stayed two nights in this establishment. Two rooms. The one on the upper floors was much better. Not far from the city centre but by the ferry road so very noisy especially when trucks spend the night. We had requested an umbrella bed for our baby when we booked. Which was confirmed. When we arrived we just had a small mattress on the floor. So not at all suitable for a one-year-old baby who moves at night. See the photo in the comments. I would have preferred to have someone tell me that this was not possible. I would have looked for another establishment. 12 minutes walk from the center. Good advice to visit the area.

To improve, an aging room but a pleasant stop anyway

The reception is unpleasant, on the edge of insolence and not even worth a half star. The walls are made of cardboard: hello to the neighbors. The comfort is minimal: no products in the bathroom except soap. No air conditioning. We have a large room but the bathroom is on the lower floor, really uncomfortable. The place is quite well situated. A small 2 stars but more expensive than the 4 stars we had on the same trip. If you find another place, go there cheerfully.

Two stars for the price of a four star.

The location is very good, close to everything. I got the help of the staff when it was needed, beyond my expectations. However, the room was very tight and the cafeteria made an unpalatable coffee. The rooms are expensive in Tadoussac, I don't know if I could have found better, I was at the last minute.

A warm and generous welcome.

Very warm welcome, quick replies, friendly. GATE used, lack of cleanliness in the covers, curtain, dusty furniture gallery. Musketeer broken, no air conditioning, other patio door without mosketeer! Hello mosquitoes! It's hot...coffee machine badly cleaned, residue fell into my cup. Not to mention these weak divisions in the room...the toilet is so small and clogged that you almost have to go in naked!

Stayed for 5 nights and it was very unpleasant. There was no air conditioning and the heat was suffocating inside the room. The walls were cardboard. You could hear all the noise from the other rooms around. The owner would come into the room without knocking or warning. It was very well located. It was walking. Too expensive for all these inconveniences.

Holidays in Tadoussac

We chose this establishment for our weekend in Tadoussac. Promised bed and breakfast turned into a bed in a tiny room with cardboard walls... No breakfast at all, supposedly because of the COVID. The customer service was a big disappointment. The front desk agent was very cold and did not provide us with any information. Afterward, we tried to reach her a couple of times but she was never there. As for the room itself, it was clean, however, desperately missing some space. The biggest disadvantage was the constant noise, we were able to hear every step of our neighbors, as well as their conversations. Even though the curfew is supposed to be at 11, someone decided to throw a party in the open area which, together with all other noises, made it impossible to sleep until like 5 am. All in all, totally not worth the money and almost screwed up our vacation. I don’t know if this hotel cares about its reputation but I would like to be contacted by the management in order to find a resolution.

If you wanna sleep at night then keep on searching

We stayed there for one night, and that was quite enough. The bed is really worth seeing. Otherwise, well, spacious room, pleasant staff, satisfying breakfast.

The hotel is located at the entrance of Tadoussac on the main road, it is a nice establishment, the staff is nice and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. We were very pleasantly surprised for a 2-star establishment of the services offered. It is a very good surprise.

It's a good hotel.

The hotel is located right at the entrance to the main street. This is noticed when the ferry has just arrived. Otherwise it is relatively quiet. Behind the hotel is a small forest and a lake. We had booked 2 rooms. The room with the 2nd occupancy was very small. Two suitcases barely fit in. The bathroom was also very narrow. The room with the 3rd occupancy was spacious. It also had a small balcony. The rooms were clean at the beginning. On the second day, the room service was limited to bathroom cleaning and sometimes even flush bed-making. The staff at the reception was friendly and also bilingual. We were also not offered the breakfast after booking. Free parking spaces were available. WLAN was in order.

2 nights in Tadoussac

The hotel is in a nice situation and the house is charming. It's quite quiet and the prices are reasonable, that is, I stayed there ten years ago and nothing has changed that the bedding should be changed because some mattresses are tired. For the rest, it's very clean and the staff is welcoming. I may return but avoiding the very modest breakfasts, which take place in a large room with common tables, a guaranteed holiday home and a four-slot toaster that fuels for 50 people without forgetting the cheap guaranteed pure sugar jams. Come on! We won't let go!
