At Motel de la Rivière I stayed for two nights. It is located next to a small river - beautiful! The personnel is friendly and service-orientated. The room was comfortable, clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again for this price (ca. 86,00 CAD per night inc. tax).

Excellent motel in quiet setting

The back of the rooms are facing the river. Very easy walk. 
The room had a smell but we got used to it. Air flow is minimal as only the bathroom window can ben open. Fridge was practical. Pool looks really nice but didn’t have time to use it. They are working hard to improve this place, now they need to improve the curb appeal. Ok, if you are on a budget.  Next time, we will try another place.....

Good place to save some money ! 

Pleasant motel in nice surroundings on the river, however a word of warning, the shower is deadly. I turned on the shower and stepped into the bath which was so slippery I fell backwards out of the bath knocking down the towel rail and hitting the back of my kneck on the toilet. I managed to injure my elbow and back in addition to my neck. I intended to advise the management but as no one was in the office I left the key in the Dropbox. The hotel subsequently charged me for damages. Please provide a slip mat to prevent a reoccurrence

Motel De la riviere Piedmont

Spending three nights over the weekend here. An excellent value for the area. Close to major downhill and cross-country skiing. Looks to be tastefully recently renovated with all amenities you would expect. Owners are eager to please. Looking to stay here in the summer.

Excellent well kept motel

Booked via Bookings for 1 night for 75$.

Checked in at 2PM and was welcomed by the maid/wife of this Chinese family run motel.

Room was nice, if a bit old, but recently renovated. 2 double beds, medium LCD TV, wifi, clean bathroom with limited toiletries. No breakfast, plenty of parking, and nice view of river. 

For the price, very decent place.

Good mom and pop motel in Piedmont

It is all green area, very quiet, it is very pleasant to rest by the small river. The guest room is very clean and comfortable, we also got help from the friendly staff at the front desk. In general, we enjoyed the beautiful views and activities around the motel.

Beautiful scenery!

Booked in about 3pm a good location and a good distance back from the road. Reasonably priced It didn't have carpet and was recently painted. It was a good deal and the owner was very friendly. Didn't use the WiFi  but it was available
