Great  place to stay...close and within walking distance to various restaurants...very comfortable bed..room has everything you need...owners and staff very friendly and accomadating...on site laundry...family has stayed here before and will stay here again..Irwin and Denise Durksen

Parkway motel

I have stayed here on a couple occasions and the beds are awesome, the rooms are clean and cozy (you can see your reflection in the bathroom floor). The staff are all friendly and willing to help. Will definitely stay here again!!

Very nice room

Freshly renovated rooms with laminate flooring.  Bathrooms are very nice.  I had a gas stove and oven with a full size fridge and sink.  Comfortable beds and decent wifi.  Family owned business and all are very accommodating.

Nice rooms

Several hotels in town were already booked so we decided to stay here. The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was completely new and remodelled. Staff were friendly. 
When we were delayed we decided to spend a second night here. No complaints!

Clean and friendly

The place is very clean.  the owner's make sure that you have a wonderful stay with them.  We forgot a little cooler bag and they wanted to mail it to us.   We declined as it would cost them more to mail then what it would cost us to buy a new one.  The rooms have been remodeled and look like you are staying in a higher end motel.  Highly recommended staying at the Parkway Motel.  Breakfast is included too.  Very nice place and very nice owner's.

nice, clean and very friendly owner's

Very Clean. Very Quiet. Bathroom all brand new. New flooring. Continental breakfast is just basic but breakfast room is very clean and spacious and lots of breakfast choices including fresh fruit. BBQ's outside are relatively new so they function properly and the one I used was clean. Staff were very friendly. Bed was quite comfortable. If I have to complain it was hard to watch a baseball game on regular TV. We have HD and watch nothing but. That however is not really a complaint. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Budget Motel

Decided at the last minute to go to Waterton National Park and needed somewhere to stay for the night.

We booked through Expedia and just chose a very basic room.  Upon arrival, it took the staff a little bit to find our reservation, but it was a very smooth check in process.

Upon meeting the owner, he also immediately upgraded our room from a double to a king room, which was way more space than we needed.

The motel is very quite and there are quite a few guests here.  

Easy access into town by foot.  Free parking.

The only downside to our room is that we are not sure if it locks from the inside, but it seem to be locked from the outside, upon testing the door.  Either way, we felt safe and just fine.  We didn’t bother calling front desk to ask.

We would definitely stay here again if we were going to Waterton.

We have not tried the breakfast yet, but will update this review once we do.

Spontaneous Road Trip

The outside of the motel looks basic and old but as soon as you open your room door you feel positively surprised ! The room is excellent, friendly and clean. You are welcomed by towels on the bed that are nicely decorated as swans. The bathroom is new, clean and inviting. 
Unfortunately we had an arguing couple next door all night long and the walls didn't keep the noise down.
After a rough sleep, we were looking forward to our breakfast but that was disappointingly very basic. I only had coffee which wasn't very good either. But when you are not bothered about having breakfast somewhere else, I can recommend to stay there.

Made a reservation for a double room via expedia and upon check in were told that a double room was only for 1 person. We had to pay an upgrade fee for a queen room. when we got to the room it had two beds, we only needed one. very odd.
the room itself was okay, bathroom nicely refurbished. the problem was it was so light, the curtains did nothing so we woke very early.
free breakfast was good. unsure why it was served on paper plates/cups, not very good for the environment!

Basic

if you are a smoker this is the place for you.  The rest of us need to find something else.  It is a non smoking room but everyone sits outside their room and smoke.  It drifts in the air conditioning and so the rooms smell.  It starts with the office reeking of smoke.....

For the price the room was basic.  The bed was ok, I did not wake up sore and stiff.  It looked clean on the surface, but due to covid I did my own cleaning of surfaces and was shocked how dirty every table top was.  The fridge had not been terminally cleaned well as I dug out gunk while cleaning.

The towels were dingy.  You can have white towels with a good hot bleach wash.  They smelled ok.

Some effort was made to renovate the floors and the bathroom had new fixtures.  but the cleaning does not keep it looking new and the grout looks dirty.

The bed covers  looked old.

once air conditioner was turned off the room was very quiet.

So if you are paying under $100 a night it is what I would expect.  A fairly clean bed.  More than 150$ is insane.

Coffee was some pod product.  no creamer or sugar.

No facial tissue box.  No extra roll of TP.

no breakfast due to covid
