I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway in a beautiful small town! Marisca and Jeff were outstanding hosts; their hospitality began even before we checked in, with recommendations of beautiful spots to visit nearby. The house is a gorgeous older home full of character with beautiful upgrades, and is spotlessly clean. The bathrooms are fully renovated and spa-like! The breakfasts were phenomenal each morning. And Winston (the mini/toy poodle) and Cassie (a gorgeous kitty) add to the friendly comfort of the home. We will definitely go back!

Great stay at the Maplehurst!

Josie had a very warm welcome for us at our arrival! Great recommendations for the nearby town of Brockville which is a really nice little town to visit on your way to the 1000 islands. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast is really worth it and the ambiance really gave us a lovely start to our vacation.

Great stay!

Maplehurst hosted an overnight function for a family birthday party. From booking to final departure it was easy and flawless service! Owners Josie and Seth excel at all elements of a successful event! Our accommodations were clean well stocked and comfortable. The meals provided were excellent quality and tasted wonderful. I believe this is an event that will be talked about for some time to come between family and friends.I would highly recommend this venue for anything from a wedding (they have spectacular grounds around the Manor) to a Christmas party or family celebration. Amazing hospitality and overall service!

Step back in time and enjoy the elegance of manor life.  This newly renovated manor was restored by some very passionate owners and is now managed by some great ladies.  The rooms are beautifully decorated with some of the best beds we've ever slept in.  The Dining Room has an amazing chandelier that is like no other.  The Breakfast was superb and host was super friendly and helpful.  We will be returning for sure!

Beautiful Boutique Hotel with Amazing Rooms!

We stayed in the dead of winter in a warm comfortable and spacious room with private bath. The property is charming on a very large lot overlooking the St Lawrence River. Our room (and the entire house) was finished in period furniture and fixtures, with up-to-date facilities and a most comfortable bed. The owner looked after us in every respect. She is  charming and attentive and served top-notch variety of breakfasts. One small note - be sure to ask for and use the Google friendly address.

I love the time we spent here! 
 Thousand island has always been a special place for me .love the vibes , charming villages , the heritage highway etc .. 

Property is large , beautiful big house , not a water front .I would call it exactly a Manor .
But it is certainly Charming , Cozy and Beautiful.

The owner , very cheerful lady , is very helpful,informative and  accommodating.

Our room , was small but very beautiful. 

Note - I am sure we got a different room from what we booked , there were no other 
Guests, we were given something totally different to the picture of our booking .
I didn't want to be fussy becoz she was very nice to us , but make sure you ask for 
The details/ name of the room when you book . 

The breakfast was very classy, she present to you elegantly.

Make sure you call the property before you book on line , check on the price with the owner then on line so that you can compare which rate is better .

Very beautiful property , Not sure whether it's actually a Manor though

Just a few kilometers east of Brockville along Route 2, in Maitland, the Maplehurst B&B is everything one could want.  They have a large suite on the ground floor and two pairs of rooms on the first floor that each share a bath (each with double bed, and each with its own unique decor).  Breakfast is a delight.  Co-owner and hostess, Josie, is as charming and helpful as they come.  Highly recommended.
