These apartments are great!! 
The exact place to stay if you visit Quebec. Near the Chateau, nice places to visit, everything is wonderful!!
Very comfortable...the exact size, nice and spacy bathroom, the living room just the size.
A good or perfect choice for staying in Quebec.

It is beautiful apartment in an incredible location. I fully recommend it. Québec is just great and this apartment has everything you need, fully equiped and very comfortable. We had a great time, thanks!

Great location

Location could not have been better. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has basics for cooking breakfast or a light meal. Be warned that it is right next to the cathedral and you will hear the bells every morning at 07:40 otherwise it was very quiet. Only negative was the pile of garbage in the stairwell. Would stay here again

Awesome location.

Great location, in the middle of everything it seemed. Lots of food and shops immediately nearby. The space itself was large and pleasant with nice views. Lots of cooking supplies if needed. High recommend for families or couples.

Great space and location 

Excellent large modern open concept loft right in Old Quebec City.  Steps to all sites. No basic cooking supplies provided.  If driving, cannot access by car. Need to park close by and then short walk with luggage.  

Modern accommodations right in Old Quebec

Great spacious and comfortable apartment with high ceilings and beautiful views, right in the center of old Quebec. I would definitely recommend it to any family visiting Quebec city. If you come by car, you will be able to unload the car by the appartment but will have to find parking 8-10 min away!

High ceiling beautiful and comfortable

We stayed in the three bedroom apartment T402 for 3 nights and it was great for our family of 6.  The apartment is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable.  Check in was easy and it was clean.  The elevator in this wonderful old building was a bonus with all our luggage.  The location couldn’t have been more perfect, close to all the sights, restaurants and shops.  If you want to be in the center of everything, this is the place you want to stay in.

The Lofts Vieux-Québec team is a very professional organization. The place was the perfect spot to explore Old Quebec. The apartment is in the heart of the Old City making the perfect spot to explore the city and eat at many of the outstanding restaurants or to grab a drink nearby. Awesome coffee also right around the corner (Café Maison Smith). When we arrived the apartment was very clean and very well organized. Could use some extra supplies (coffee maker, toilet paper, paper towels laundry detergent, etc.). Easy check in and the apartment was very comfortable and afforded us a wonderful vacation stay. The location was central to all the parts of Quebec City that you need to explore. We look forward to coming back. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

perfect spot to explore Old Quebec

The airbnb was spectacular! I loved the set up of the rooms with the exposed brick and the industrial feel. I also love its amenities with the full kitchen and laundry. 

Please remember to lock the door by pressing the padlock button when walking out. The door does not lock on its own.

Areas of improvement - please provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for guests. Luckily I had my own. 

Great place to stay right across from Notre Dame

The location is perfect and the loft itself is comfortable with sufficient space. We didn't cook or eat in so I cannot attest to kitchen supplies. There were no paper towels, no extra pillows or blankets. Toiletries were a bear minimum for four people. The biggest issue was with our bill. My friend booked through HotelsOne. When she received the bill at the end of the stay, we were charged for an extra guest and an exorbitant sales tax amount and rate. It took me at least three hours on the phone with both HotelsOne and Les Lofts to resolve the issue, as neither one wanted to take responsibility for the billing. It was so very frustrating. I would never recommend using HotelsOne and if I booked Les Lofts again, it would be directly with the property or through someone reputable that operates in the US or Canada, not an agency with an overseas call center.
