Family with two kids under 3. We enjoyed our stay overall. Room was clean and was an efficiency room so it included a kitchenette (with everything except an oven, which was not needed). Some parts of the room need repairing, eg. One of the handles of the dresser was falling off, but overall decent condition.

We chose this as a place to stay over because of the pool. Pool area was clean enough and water temperature great, however we found the hours of 10 am to 10 pm slightly inconvenient; we wanted to take the kids for a morning swim before we left but had to wait until 10 am. Pool towels were not kept in the pool area; they needed to be requested from the the front desk. 

Some have described the included continental breakfast as sparse but I was actually able to find a variety of options my son and I would enjoy eating. Most importantly, the breakfast area was clean and well-stocked; I’ve seen many free breakfasts where the breakfast room isn’t kept up, it’s dirty or it’s a zoo with too many people using it at one time. Not the case here.

Overall, I recommend this hotel in Redwater.

Happy with our stay

Wasn’t that clean outside. Some staff were good & others were unwilling. Front door doesn’t work or slide. Place is a little run down. And the breakfast sucks. 

Disapointed

Terribly run down hotel, management clearly is not putting in any effort. Was there for a wedding, and my room was a disaster, half the amenities I paid for in the room did not work (fireplace did nothing, powered recliner did not work, half the jets in the hot tub didn't turn on) etc. Also they lack any concern for guest safety. All 3 days I was there, they had highly toxic pool chemicals in the hallway, where any kid could have touched them. Their mechanical room was left wide open all weekend as well, where anyone could have walked in. The steamroom and half the ice machines were out of order. The front sliding door was out of order. The "Hot breakfast" was a complete mislead, the only "Hot" items were the coffee, or the packets of Quaker oatmeal that you had to make yourself.
I expressed my concerns, and unlike most other hotels where a front desk agent can try to resolve issues, this one had to talk to the manager. 2 hours later I get a call back from the lady saying she spoke to the manager, and was told there would be no adjustment of price, because I should have told them sooner. I explained that we were there setting up, attending, and cleaning up a wedding. (The only free time I had was basically to the hotel, sleep, and back to the hall).
In addition to all this, the wedding party booked 10 rooms for the wedding in October. When the groom checked in a few months ago to confirm, they had raised the price by $15 each. Then when we showed up this weekend, they jacked up the price again, since the wedding party was already there, and it was too late to book something else.
They are total rip-off artists, and as such I will be reporting their violations to Wyndham brand standards, OH&S as well as AHS. I sincerely hope they get shut down and the sleezy management get turfed, as the hotel had so much potential and has seen so much neglect.

I have been lucky enough that the company I work for has me staying at Days Inn. The reception is great and they always make sure I have a room to stay when my company forgets to book for me. All the staff are very good to be of help,should I need anything. 

Great Reception at Days Inn Redwater.

No Ethernet capability in rooms only wifi. Continental breakfast is very poor. Nothing fresh or warm of any kind. It’s very sad and definitely seems to be management/ownership being cheap. Rooms are clean and very nice. If  a little more effort was put out it has potential to be a 4.5/5 rating.

Clean and nice rooms / Horrible Breakfast

The Days Inn is a fantastic hotel! It is very well maintained and well kept not to mention very clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful service! All the amenities you could want and need in a nice hotel!

The staff was super friendly but lacked customer service in the aspect that at no point were we told check in check out time, anything about the times of pool and breakfast.(now maybe this is stemming from family where at their hotel that was info given to every guest at booking and arrival) room was clean but the bed was terribly uncomfy. When it came to breakfast online said they had a full hot breakfast(which was a selling point) but when we went down shortly after 8 there was no hot breakfast just muffins, pastry, oatmeal, toast and cereal, so that was dissapointing.

Clean and friendly but seriously lacking

Stayed for 5 nights with my wife and 6 year old daughter. I can't tell you how happy we are to have stayed here. breakfast is great.... Very Clean rooms  and spacious, well layed out. Hotel staff was fabulous,. Went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable ... Our family Loved staying and playing at the Hotel. Pool was very clean and Fun. If we ever go to redwater again we decided we would 110%stay at this hotel again. 

Prices were very good for what you get. 
A+ Forsure.

Highly Recommend staying here

Everything was better than expected for a smaller town. Staff was friendly and courteous and facility clean and comfortable - we'd stay here again of opportunity arises. Fresh coffee and plenty of breakfast choices after a great night's sleep, good internet, friendly (masked) faces, and offers of help much appreciated.

Excellent place to stay in Redwater

Room only got cleaned every second day till I complained but house keeping had marked they cleaned it and fridge was noisey and they wouldn’t fix it or replace it. So I had to put up with it for over two weeks!!
