They ask you to remove shoes at the front door and put on rubber slippers.
Room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable, that was the best part about this B&B.
Towels were old and rough. Coffee maker in room with stale grounds in it and no other supplies. 
Breakfast was another story. It was in the kitchen - make your own, dig around in the fridge for what you want. Bread, Sunny-D, some eggs but where is the frying pan? No coffee made, make your own. Sign asking you to clean up. No staff present until it's time to provide receipt. Not what I expect in a bed and breakfast!

Bed and Make Your Own Breakfast!

A bit like staying in your college roommate's friends house -- they pack a lot of people into the place and it is nothing special.  They used to include a great breakfast, but it is now $16 additional for two people so there's no need to think of this as a B&B (they'll give you a glass of milk and some cookies for free as breakfast) and you get airport noise.  There are a number of hotels in the area offering comparable, or even lower, rates.

Neither hotel standards nor B&B standards

Our group of 6 rented 3 rooms for 3 nights.  The bedding and bathrooms were clean and convenient.  Norman was our host and welcomed us after midnight due to our train from Portland Oregon being delayed.  The breakfast was simple but reliably made each morning.  The walk to the bus was easy and a short walk.  We didn't stay home much so we didn't use the TV.  The Wi-Fi was very reliable and easy to access.  The door locks and front door lock made our family feel very safe.  There is a coin operated washer and drier available and easy to access. Great family value!

Family of 6 enjoyed our stay

We stayed three nights here and found Jimmy and Julia are great hosts.  They picked us up from the airport without a charge.  The rich breakfasts Julia served were always on time and she even packed us food for the early morning so that we could catch the Victoria tour on time. The room, Admiralty suites, was big enough for three of us.  No doubt that this is a good B&B to stay in Vancouver.

Good Place to Stay In Vancouver

Two couples, two separate rooms.  We were all very satisfied with the accommodations and meals.  If you are used to luxury you may not be satisfied but if you're looking for good value and cleanliness I recommend it highly.  The B&B is kept immaculate and the hosts couldn't be nicer.  When I called to make the reservations I had a little difficulty with the persons English.  This turned out not to be an issue during our stay as we all easily overcame the language barrier .  A great value and we hope to stay here again.   .
