Very clean and very beautiful, with a beautiful view of the lake and even the possibility of swimming, very peaceful place and breakfast included centering on places to visit, village val-jalbert, zoo st felicien, native american village, shopping centre, many restaurants all over

Nice little motel very comfortable

I spent a few nights at Motel L'Avantage and although the rooms are barebone and can feel dated, they have all the necessities and it's conveniently located to explore the Lac Saint-Jean area and you can easily walk to the nearby beach (you have to cross train tracks though).  

There is no restaurant or bar onsite but there was free coffee service in the morning at the reception.  In all likelihood you have to drive to find food or get something delivered (walking is probably a possibility but it didn't seem too close to many restaurants).

Overall nice stay and I'd likely stay again there next time i'm around.

Nice Motel with convenient location near the water

INACCEPTABLE, presented on the day of the booking made over 1 month ago and the owner mentioned that it is complete!!!! He does indeed have in his possession our booking and contact details!!!! So we have no accommodation for the night because everything is complete in the vicinity! 500 kilometers from our home.

Reservation not honored!

I'm not a cheerleader, so take note of the comments! - We were 4 adults and we had booked 2 rooms. They rented our 2 rooms to other people whereas we had booked them by phone several weeks earlier. We suspected that he rented them to someone who offered him a $$/$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Big loser Motel LAdvantage

We stayed two nights in July 2021. The hosts Vital and Hélène were super friendly and very welcoming. I also liked the lunch offered (yogurt, muffin, fruit juice or coffee) and they were very accommodating allowing us to use their refrigerator to keep our ice-packs frozen and offering to warm up a lunch bought from the grocery store (IGA's cake is excellent, one of their recommended bathroom location!). The lunch offered (yogurt, muffin, fruit juice, or coffee) would have been very much appreciated too. The hotel would have been superb on the property and there would have been a small beach right on the property to enjoy it.

Perfect place to relax with a beautiful view.

It's been two years that I've been there, always a flawless service. A welcome like few. It's simple you're part of the family 😉 Room cleanliness: nothing to blame. Room of good size comfortable. Beautiful beach right on Lake St. John. The owners are very friendly. Going there is adopting it. We'll definitely go back there 👌❤️

The reception is very warm, the view is splendid, the room was clean and the breakfast is good St. Felix is only 20 km away.

Good quality price ratio

From the motel you can go swim in the lake if you're not too cool. Located 30 minutes from the St. Felician Zoo. A nice stop at Lake St. Jean.

Charming motel by the road

We spent two nights in Roberval and enjoyed this motel. Very well located and quiet. The rooms are quite spacious. The reception is very warm. The breakfast is simple but proper.
