I loved this little town ,the fine hotel and all of the history connected with the church and the town .I was so interested that the parish priest in the town was so inventive and his radio receiver was the first to receive a transmission in 1912 when the the Titanic signalman sent out an SOS. And the 2 hosts made me feel very comfortable there.

A home away from home.

Great place to stay with a stunning view. Host was like a mom to us, would do anything to make sure you are comfortable and doesn't lack of anything. The friendly atmosphere of the "Auberge" was perfect and Lyne was simply awesome to be around and have a chat. Will do anything to help you and answer to any concern/questions you have. Recommend to stay for any sort of trip. The place is quiet and the area is very calm and relaxing. I will comeback for sure on personal trip.

Great place to stay. Host was like a mom for the stay. Super friendly, and very helpful. Great atmosphere, and host awesome to be around Recommend to stay for pleasure or business. If you're lucky enough to try the crepes you will not be disappointed

Rooms in the motel section were very comfortable. The new owners were very nice, and very accommodating for the needs of our two families, giving us space in their kitchen. The French style continental breakfast was very good with fresh baking!

Comfortable, homey atmosphere

Clean and good situated hotel with welcoming reception (probably owner). 
Stayed only one night as part of our hiking plan to Acropole-des-Draveurs (1h far). Could be perfect place for zen, walking around in the nature and taking free ferry to visit l'île-aux-Coudres (super close to ferry)
is sth you could do during your visit. 
Breakfast was just enough to start the day, don't expect much specially if you have active day ahead.
We got the room with bathroom, however the washstand was outside of the bathroom, in the room (between beds). 
There is a small convenience store beside to get some stuff to eat, a bakery (closed at the time we were there) and a restaurant serving canard and fish in walking distance (we didn't dine there, just passed).

We stayed in the motel section. Rooms rather simple and small. Fortunately a small terrace could extend the space. Bathroom quite old. OK if you are used to basic comfort.
The surrounding is great, just next to the river and the ship museum.
