We were fortunate enough to get a chalet. The place was beautiful! Our balcony gave right on the river. The place feels safe, quiet. An amazing place to unwind. We had our pup with us, and he was well received both on the grounds and in the Auberge! There are many activities, farm animals.  Pool and sauna need to be reserved for your family bubble, which makes the experience relaxing!

Peace, relaxation, total enjoyment. 

Rented their biggest cottage (14 people) for the weekend and had an amazing time. Highly recommend dog sledding, nice ride in nature. Lots of interaction with the animals and staff was amazing. 

My next visit, will definitely try out the ski-doo rental.

Amazing time with family

Stayed 2 nights during winter season, perfect weekend. Dog friendly place, cute & cozy mini-cabin (we stayed at the Motoneigiste). It's not a deluxe and fancy cabin, but it was perfect for our needs, very clean, everything is there : bathroom, kitchen, small appliances... We did some snow-shoeing (beautiful woods/forest!), visited the sled dogs (we could spend as much time as we wanted with them, pet them-they are SO cuddly, help feed them), rented a ski-doo/snowmobile, ice-fished, but we didn’t ice-skate as the rink wasn’t well plowed. The staff was nice and friendly, it’s a very relaxed and chill place. Food & drinks at the main lodge is delicious and very affordable. Will come back again for sure! And I look forward to come during summer season.

Perfect weekend getaway

We stayed in this location while on a snowmobile trip.  The accommodations were comfortable. The bathroom could use some updating.  We were disappointed with the meal and service.  The best part of the meal was a cream of carrot soup.  The entree was barely warm.  The staff providing service appeared very inexperienced and were not attentive.  We had breakfast included in our package but after the dinner service decided not to stay.

Comfortable accommodations  - disappointing meal and service

We made a reservation one month prior to our visit. At our arrival they said that they double booked the room and we had to go home. They said it was their mistake but they could not do anything to help us out. 

Vacation without a place to stay

We stayed at the big 3 bedroom chalet. It was well equipped and beautiful water front.We had an amazing time and thank you to the owner for a very nice safari tour. The water levels were a little low but we still had a blast, you just have to read the courants properly. Very enjoyable time horse back riding and horses were calm and well care for. Thank you for everything.

Above expectations

The boss is not professionnal, he makes you pay too much for what you ordered, he makes "mistakes" to put all is clients together. He is tired of doing the safari,  so he really skip through. He doesnt use the silent electric car, its only for showing, he uses the quad, which is way too loud. Safari is definetly a waste of money.
 Its was nice to ride the horses but as soon as my girlfriend fell off his, they stopped the ride and made us pay the whole thing. It wasnt her fault, the horse went flying when a bird jumped behind. 

No client safisfaction. However, really good guides, merry-ann was really good. Not a lot of water for the kayak so you get stucked all over the place. The whole experience is really expensive for what you get.

Deceiving

The kennel has beautiful dogs, all very well cared for. Our favourite part was interacting with the dogs!

It was obvious the dogs loved their jobs. We have been to a lot of kennels all over Canada and this one was one of our best experiences. 

Can't wait to go back next year.
