Closed until they rectify the more than 60 health and safety violations. From CBC News, "The inspection revealed raw sewage seeping through floors and ceilings, bugs crawling out of electrical outlets and suites turned into firetraps by blocked exits."

Room was very updated , clean , quiet, convenient area with bus transit ,right in front of hotel . It had fast wifi which was great as I used it for work reports . Would recommend this hotel to my friends, coworkers and family and definitely stay there again !

Great experience. Nova Scotian visitor!

We checked into this motel after booking it through Hotel One.  There was a bit of a smell in it, but we put it down to cleaning products.  When we returned to our room after dinner my room mate found a live cockroach sitting on the tv stand! She captured it in a plastic baggie while I called the front desk.  We were offered a room two doors down, and were told that the room had been sprayed just 2 days ago (doubtless what we smelled). We refused that room thinking it would be just the same, and were offered one in another wing.  Needless to say we checked the room carefully - and - you guess it - found another live cockroach!  We asked for our money back, but were told they could not refund us as it had been booked on line.  Subsequent calls to Hotel One also failed to secure a refund.  Needless to say we did not stay there, and decided to continue our trip that evening.

This place really bugged us!

Stayed at this wonderful hotel with my girlfriend. After all of the negative reviews we were a bit hesitant but decided to try out our luck. First of all $79.00 for a single room is a rate that is hard to beat. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, we had ham and mashroom omelettes with fries. The room was fully renovated with new furniture and comfy bed ;) Wifi was fast and reliable. Nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Negative reviews are not always to be trusted.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff

Do not stay at this hotel!!!! If there are no other hotels available in Saskatoon just sleep in your car. Thid was the last hotel in Saskatoon. I booked it and had to pay full stay. I should’ve known the sign was there that said no refunds (red flag). I get to my room and the windows are sliding windows that could be slid open from the outdoors. Their solution was to put a screw through window and frame...major fire hazard. The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. They were dirty. They have security which means nothing good happens there. They have low rental tenants...welfare housing. Honestly, this place should be shut down. I wish the Saskatoon authorities would protect consumers and shut this place down. I didn’t feel like getting robbed or worst, so I didn’t stay the night. They didn’t give me my money back. Scam artist like this should go to jail.

SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

Well I rented monthly and got a two br suite. The suite itself is large with a separate bedroom. The rugs are rotted and the paint is so stained brown you would think it was brown paint. The stove and fridge never worked and took me over a month just to get the hotel to replace them. They offer free internet but it does not work. We had laundry privileges but the first time I used them my two pairs of shoes were stolen and now the hotel has revoked the laundry room so now you can't wash your cloths here. The cockroach problem is crazy. I posted pics of the daily roach cleaning from my suite. Beware renters this place is horrible.

Very bad

Stayed here last night and had no issues. Paid $66 in total for the night on Expedia. TV and fridge worked the way they should. Wi-Fi was okay and although the room was a little warmer than I would have liked it was still bearable. I'll stay at this hotel again.
