The room that we were initially given was not good. The light in the bathroom flickered on and off like a strobe light....to the point that it could not be used. The light even went out when I was taking a shower and left me in the pitch dark before it started to strobe again. Towels were dirty. A hand towel was full of make-up (maybe from a previous guest) and another towel had a huge red/orange spot.  We were able to switch to another room, which was clean and fine...however, we were too creeped out from the previous nights experience to feel ok.  We did run out of toilet paper the morning we checked out. Not from excessive use, but because the commercial roll dispenser had not been replenished

Will not go back

Second time we have stayed here. Owner is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Many recent upgrades made this stay even better than the last. Thank you Sam for being an awesome host and for continuing to offer great value and a comfortable stay. We’ll see you again! 

Awesome value

clean rooms , comfortable beds with tons of pillows to choose from  , and a very friendly owner and staff.   just minutes from the beach and all kinds of restaurants.  i’ll be back next year for sure !

I slept great 

They offer the largest indoor aquatic facility on the NB Shore. Ideal for hosting fitness and group activities, included a very large poolside indoor deck and connecting outdoor deck that will enhance events. If you want to doing year round aquatic actives or would like to have an excellent  winter opportunity while spending time in the Shediac area, their indoor pool is a great experience.

Seely's motel is conveniently located right off the main drag in Shediac and close to lots of restaurants.  Our room was clean and we had all we needed.  Pool was also a great asset for the kids.  I left a couple of books behind and the owner was very accommodating and took the time to look for these and personally called me back to say he'd found them and would hold on to them until I was able to retrieve them.

Me and my daughter were displaced after hurricane fiona. We struggled to find a place to stay that was somewhat affordable. The owners @ Seely's stepped up and gave us family room with a decent monthly rate. They were willing to help out and so very friendly. The motel has a nice indoor pool. Rooms are good and comfy. If in the area give them a try. They will greet with friendly service and good rates. Thank you again for your kindness .

Monthly stay

We had a great experience at the motel, the owners were so accommodating staying up to check us in after midnight. We had excellent service the entire time we were there, the rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the stay was great. I lost my license in the driveway and the owner came to my room and returned it to me personally !

Great place to stay

New owner. I'm traveling with 4 kids and I took the family suite. I stayed 4 nights. The room was big. 3 beds with a locked room. We had a kitchen with dishwasher. Microwave and mini fridge. The indoor pool was warm. I recommend and I'd go back. Continental lunch included.

Family Holidays

We stayed at this place. We were given the wedding room. The room was all right except for housekeeping. The bed wasn't made when we got back in the evening and we realized that the sheets hadn't changed. We had to take another room during our stay for one night because it was reserved for a couple. The next day we came back and we realized that these were the same sheets as when we left for the other room.

Average accommodation

This motel is pretty crusty. The pool room smells weird, the bathroom is pretty dated, and our room was pretty dingy. Other than a few other minor things, this motel is a pretty fun place to stay if you are visiting Shediac. The staff is always friendly, and the motel is close to a lot of restaurants.
