This is a great little motel; very clean room and wonderful customer service.

Our little room had one of the best mattresses we’ve ever slept on in a motel and the bedding was lovely as well. 
We had a keurig coffee maker, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, and a hair dryer.
There were even real mugs, glasses, and spoons.
With windows both at the front as well as the back of the room, it’s possible to have a cross breeze (but there is also AC).
The back window looked out upon the lake.
For a longer stay, they do have larger rooms available, some with kitchenettes.

A gem in Shefford

We had a warm welcome, the owner takes good care of the needs of his vacationers. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. I recommend this quiet motel location 😉

Holidays in Shefford

Located near the city of Waterloo on well-designed land and near a small lake. Gazebo outside and smoking area. Room, small but comfortable and very clean bed. Too bad there's no spa but nothing negative to say.

Warm atmosphere. Safe place. Nice welcoming homeowners working hard it sounds. Great landscape with beautiful views of the fountain and the lake. Nice comfort and very clean. Quiet place resting hammocks by the lake. Gazebo with all the facilities to eat and relax. Super hot pump. High speed WiFi everywhere. We recommend it 100% we will definitely be back.

This is a small mom and pop motel just east of Waterloo.  The price was good, but it was a rather odd place to stay.  The owners make you give them a $200 deposit in case you break anything.  AND they say that they won't release the deposit until they have done their inspection.  We asked the owner to do it before we left, but he said he would get to it later.  There wound up being no problem, but it is scarey to leave not knowing if they are going to take advantage of you.  The rooms were OK, but smelled very musty from the humidity.  If you just need a place to stay, it was OK, but I would probably pay more and stay somewhere else, just to avoid the hassle.

Quiet but unnerving

2nd stay in this beautiful little motel. The owners are friendly and friendly. The room is nice, very clean and the mattress is comfortable. The outside environment is very nice and relaxing... the fountain in the lake produces a relaxing sound. We will definitely go back there 😊

We stayed at this motel for two nights, the owner was very kind and helpful, the kitchen is clean and the beds are comfortable, 20 minutes from the zoo and good restaurants, I recommend.

Pleasant.

Stayed one night but wish it could have been more.  Welcomed by friendly owner.  Room was very clean and comfortable.  Bed was great and night was quiet - we travel with a small fan for white noise.  Centrally located in a beautiful part of the province for an extended stay.

Sweet Stay

Excellent quality price report!!! You don't expect such a nice site for this type of motel. A nice discovery. To add to this pleasant surprise, the meeting with Claude (co-owner). You feel that he loves what he does and loves people. My husband and I are friendly but not sociable. With such a friendly character it is impossible not to socialize a little. The rooms are nice, small but very well laid out. The site and the rooms are very clean. Very well located if you want to go cycling on the L'Ade track:-)

A nice motel like its owner.

I stayed at this place and I'm very happy with my discovery. A beautiful motel very well maintained very clean and comfortable. Everything is well thought out we don't miss anything. What a beautiful gazebo I had for continental breakfast in this place! wow! The owners give a lot for our money! The view is beautiful, it's relaxing and relaxing and very quiet. I had to cancel somewhere else because I hadn't paid in advance... at this motel we are sure that our room is waiting for us. Everything is clean and it smells good. The manager is super friendly and welcoming! Customized service. I recommend it to everyone!
