We stayed in apartment 333 and it had a VERY poorly equipped kitchen, our friends stayed in the adjoining apartment which had everything it needed. Example, we had 3 very small coffee cups in a 2 bedroom apartment with sleeping for 6. These units are individually owned so it depends on the owner. 
There is no onsite staff, but when you call for service they are quick to respond and staff is very friendly. 
You have to go up steps to get to the elevator so hauling your ‘stuff’ to the room can be a challenge, especially if you are bringing food for a week!

Rating Varies by Room

We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children. We booked Apartments 225 (a 3 bedroom -premium) and 222 (a 2 bedroom premium) . I stayed in 225 and I think it is most likely the best positioned room in the whole village. It is above the shop and so central to everything - a real winner. The room has recently been redone - sound insulation is good. When one opens the window, it is noisy; but one would not know otherwise. The heating is adjustable. The beds, linen, bathrooms are all fine and very acceptable. The living area is nicely kitted out. The kitchen has a large stove and microwave. Tea, coffee, bath soap, shampoo and cleaning materials provided. The apartment is basically serviced daily by very pleasant staff. Plenty of very hot water. The hot tub is just opposite the room and was used daily. The ski lockers are close by. The internet connection was excellent and consistent.

Great all round

We booked this unit through Silver Star resort and we were let down very badly. Silver Star is supposed to oversee all the rentals that they manage, but this dumpy unit has been forgotten. It's a budget place but over-priced, run down and filthy dirty and we paid $240 a night for it. Thank goodness we were only there for 3 nights. The carpet and furniture hasn't seen a steam clean in a very long time. The walls had chipped paint and gouges, while the bedroom curtain has a huge rip down its length. The bed was a shocker - it was chocked up with blocks of wood under the base to support the worst mattress I've ever slept on! The toilet was a mess (I took a photo but I won't disgust you here). The shower curtain was orange at the bottom. I complained and then house-keeping rocked up unannounced at dinner time. I told them to come back in the morning while we were out skiing instead. It's not true ski-in out as it's flat through the village, it's skate out and in instead.

The unit is okay for the price but we found bugs on floor, and the two dinky windows you can open provide no circulation thus making it feel hot and stuffy... stay clear of this place in the Summer. One of the screens was missing on one of the dinky windows making it mostly a window we couldn't use because of bugs and mosquitoes. 
Carpet in unit needs replaced badly- seems no cleaning in a loonnngg time.
Only one washer and dryer in the basement to share so it was a lot of going up and down stairs to see if they were available.

We've stayed at the Chilcoot here at the resort and found it much more appealing. But if you're here and just want a place to stay- this will work.

Rooms ok- but don't visit in summer

We stayed three nights at the Lord Aberdeen.  There is a bar on the main floor of the building and there appears to be no sound insulation.  We could hear individual voices in the bar.  The Friday night band was particularly loud.  

The room was spacious and clean, but there is not enough parking for the number of rooms, so we wound up parking for the weekend in the main ski lot across the road. 

We had friends in several other rooms in the building and all had similar issues with noise.  In all, a good location if you're looking to be a part of the night life.  Probably best to avoid if travelling with children.
